Realistic Managerial Replacements

Neil Warnock been spotted buying a kebab on Narborough road. Make of that what you will -
Leicester fan TV have said £17m Where they getting that from?
-
What gets me is even though he's obviously out his depth, you'd expect there to be enough advisors or people around him to say this is how you do the basics. Employ in these positions with people who do know. It's indescribably bad to have one director of football who's essentially a brown nosing P.E teacher. Just back him above anyone else at the total detriment of the whole club. Lose the CEO. Don't appoint at a new one. Leave for Thailand and don't make any decisions until you come back to the country now and then. Honestly if you were asked to run Forest you'd do it like this.
-
Honestly if we are talking levels of football knowledge then he doesn't even have that of a FIFA player. I'm being deadly serious when I say that. This is the heart of the issue though. If you take Rudkin away, it exposes that to everyone. Rudkin is the only one he goes to for advice. Advice I think he's ignored a few times recently too. Certainly on the Cooper sacking. It's beyond how bad we thought it was. To only make decisions when you're back in the country is pure neglect. To sit there and say he's giving his all is just a disgrace. He's a disgrace and if he doesn't leave soon we will not have a football club left.

l also get really tired of players from the title era and after saying how great the owners were. I'd be saying that about Billionaires who showered me with gifts too. It means nothing. I appreciate that they made it like that when things were going well. Wonder how close Mavididi and Vestergaard are to Top now we are languishing in the bottom half of the championship?
-
We're saved everyone I waited outside the ground and got Top's autograph. What he didn't realise is it was a contract signing the club over to me. Say hello to your new owner.
-
The buses can be nothing else other than - come along and see how these idiots adore me. Thinking it was all about him again. Like I've said before if we didn't have the success that was down to others, we'd have been losing our shit over this behaviour years ago.
-
It's always been about their ego. They had the nerve to parade with the Premier League. Soon as we drop down to these levels he's nowhere to be seen. Until he has something to bring his Thai influencers to, he isn't arsed.

Nothing will change whilst Aiyawatt stays

Can I just point out I've done nothing but criticise Top and this is a WUM attempt by a man who's Mum still dresses him. -
They piss people off because they cover up for Paedophiles
-
They don't. I like Owynn. But the post generalised about the BBC as a whole and how trustworthy they supposedly are.
-
This amazing philosophy doesn't like overlapping wing backs. But @RedSoxUK will let you know it works and we had 72% possession at least.
-
On the Stringer situation, the whole team and management staff stopped speaking to him and we got zero local radio access for years. The BBC weren't banned yet they thought it adequate to send no one else to interview him. Great use of our money again. And on your last point, yeah the BBC never lie do they
-
My fear is that Steve Cooper was sacked purely because he wasn't fully implementing how they wanted this Russell Martin ball to look. As shit as Cooper was, and all the data suggests he'd still have taken us down, he at least entertained the idea of pragmatic tactics. You get the feeling whoever we appoint will be of the 300 passes between centre backs, make Plan A work better if Plan A doesn't succeed bullshit that the likes @RedSoxUK spaff over into their text books.
-
This is so ****ing worrying. The fact he knows so little about football and just wants us to play like what he thinks his idea of Manchester City is. It's just excruciatingly bad. His level of intelligence worries me. Let alone footballing knowledge.
-
You're telling me the BBC have never had to bend over to their interviewee before? Do me a favour
-
Probably just staggered to get them more hits on the website and podcast

Course not. We'd never get anyone who's barely done anything at Southampton -
Can't even bring myself to listen to all of it. The quotes I've seen about "we need support" is just another in a long line of gaslighting attempts to use us as supporters. The players were doing it after Preston away. They've mentioned the boos at home games getting to them. We've actually been incredibly patient for how incredibly quick this decline has been. They should be grateful there hasn't been riots. The worst thing is there's still enough who back him because of what some players miraculously achieved and these drones put all the credit down to two Thai men. It's been like some weird worshipping cult more than a football club since then. Even to the point you'd watch him destroy what's left.
-
I wonder how many worshippers of Cruyff philosophy will relentlessly stick to a Plan A at all costs until they get sacked in this fashion. Martin against Falkirk. Marti against Oxford. You need to have other systems and plans to get results in football. Who'd have thought it?
-
Apologies. The way you made it sound was they've said they wouldn't collaborate because of things said. Which I would class as trying to censor.
-
The fact anyone from the club would even think about contacting a podcast to even suggest regulating what is said is indicative of where we are at as a club. What happens in these situations, as the Labour Government also have found out, is you just make the situation worse. You cannot censor free speech. You aren't ****ing North Korea.

It's why I could never do a job like this if it had anything to do with my club. I'd lose it and start asking him why he's such a worm
