  1. Top really does live in this world where him and his Dad deserve to be these immortal humans forever and everyone must bow down to everything they have done. Then when they started to be shown for what they are, the petulance started. Everything is someone else's fault. They dared to dream. How dare we be questioned in anything we have done for you peasants. This is just the latest in a long line of disastrous decisions that will end up with us gone.
  2. No one's buying us if it's administration. I think from the way Top worded things he's not far away from selling but he's just too stubborn to do it when we are in such an undeniably worse position than when he took over. I think the sale is inevitable in the next couple of years. But we absolutely need to stay in this division to have a club to sell.
  3. We are sailing No idea why this autocorrected and posted
  4. Short term deal, no staff to be brought in. You can tell they'll be the terms. I think he will turn it down and we will end up with King for another week or so until they appoint someone even lower down the list.
  5. Feels like they really did as much as they could to convince Enzo that everything was fine. Signings despite knowing about the PSR issues etc. Then when he was firmly in the door they thought they could lie to him like they did Cooper and Ruud.
  6. This is what's funny about how much we laud our owners. What about how Mike Ashley ran Newcastle would have stopped us doing what we did? We didn't go for it when we first went up. We got Ulloa for £8m and free signings. I haven't even checked to know Newcastle would have spent more than that. We signed Ryan Bennett on loan when going for the Champions League! Now, this isn't me wanting Mike Ashley. But this idea that our success could never have happened with anyone else needs to stop. I think it's impossible for anyone to say he'd be worse than Top.
  7. I've been beat up a few times for singing Leicester songs in train stations when I should have known better. And woke up in a field after Stoke away.
  8. I think you're wrong. We absolutely have gold because of them. It's just coincidental we've had it before. Likewise, us having the all yellow kit was to replicate the Thai national team. It was anything to do with having yellow in the 90s for instance. You only need to look at how they've ignored anything pre King Power to know it isn't them acknowledging anything from our past. Again, I accept this stuff isn't exactly anything you'd be mad at on it's own. But nothing has been about embracing Leicester City. It's to embrace King Power and Thailand under the name Leicester City. That's what it's always been.
  9. All bright yellow to replicate the Thai national team when they first arrived too. Again, massive uproar when Newcastle's away kit replicated the Saudi team. Nothing with us. I admit all this is miniscule, and if you're doing well of course it matters less. But when you look back, it's always been about them.
  10. I was bothered by it a lot but you're spot on about the accountability. If he's going to bathe in all the glory, then I'd at least respect him if he was there to accept the blame. What we got instead was the most petulant statement about how much criticism he's received when we got the most embarrassing relegation in Premier League history. Zero accountability, followed by absolute neglect. The fact that he managed to make so many feel sorry for him plays into all this too. No one would begrudge him selling the club if his Father's death meant he couldn't carry on. But for some to use that, and previous success as a way to enable our catastrophic decline is unbareable to watch play out.
  11. If you can do it after the most embarrassing relegation in Premier League history and with those resources, he would absolutely do one for League One. I just don't think even our fanbase will allow him the time to stay if we drop again.
  12. I honestly can't fathom the amount of people who would prefer him to play over Vestergaard. I'm far from Vestergaard's biggest fan but he can defend and pass a ball. I don't want us to play like we do but that suits how the club insist we play.
  13. Okay scrap that idea, Tom Hopper flags?
  14. Yeah as I said above, big fan of the podcast and I think a big reason for that has always been you get a feeling of how much they care about the club, and just the knowledge about Leicester in general. That's always stood out compared to other podcasts. Completely understand the apathy around the club at the minute but saying you don't watch games, laughing at us losing and wanting us relegated isn't really what you come to hear 😂 I get that Leicester doing bad likely equals more rants and therefore more listens but I just don't feel like wanting us to lose games and go down is not a take most Leicester fans will be on board with.
  15. I don't think he suits a 2 but he looks like he'd suit a midfield 3 being the playmaker to me. I wouldn't say an out and out 10 at the minute.
  16. I have to be really careful to not sound insulting with my reply to this but you have to be incredibly slow to not only pin trophy success all on the owners but also to ignore what you've seen happen for the last 5 years. If you had to put Nottingham Forest in decline you'd do everything exactly as Top has for Leicester in the last few years. I don't need to spell it out to people like you anyway. If you can't see it by now then you're beyond help.
  17. That chair is outstanding
  18. There's been so much looking back. Even the stadium renaming and taking down all the images of bits of our history. That was all met with "well it's their money" kind of response from most fans. There's not a chance other clubs allow that the way we did. They always managed this kind of innocent, oh no I don't want to really be on the pitch look when they'd do it. But they make sure they're there for every success and as we are seeing now he's absolutely no where to be seen when things don't go his way. Just a petulant brat who thinks we owe him everything.
  19. The way they pin all the success on King Power after we won the League with about £20m being spent has always been ridiculous when you analyse how we got to that win. This isn't just a hindsight thing because of the decline. My reaction to them being on the pitch with the trophy (and a King of Thailand picture) was what the **** are you doing? Fast forward to the Championship win and Tops there with Thai influencers and you realise the vanity project it's always been to them. On your point about new owners, or even a new Director of Football - they'll absolutely be wishing they fail to say I told you so. They have become so brainwashed they'll clap this club into oblivion as long as Top, who doesn't even bother to come himself, is in power. Make no mistake, you need as many passive fans as we have to enable this demise.
  20. If that's the aim then fine. You're right, Robert Huth did tweet about it. But it's been well documented that Top doesn't give a **** about any help from the title winners. Still stand by what I said. I am as against the happy clappers as you will find. This isn't me being one of them. We can force them out as a Championship club. I don't want to sacrifice another decade because of these twats. I think we'd be looking at that minimum with league one. Worst case is no club.
  21. Oh they've noticed the unrest. We are to blame for them not building the new stand don't forget.
  22. Glad you shared that clip art image to really emphasise your point
  23. Big fan of the Podcast and the lads on it but saying you want us to go down is madness. We wouldn't have a club left.
  24. @RedSoxUK is becoming what the blue car is to Mr Bean
