Embarrassing... ‘One Boris Johnson’ similarly embarrassing.

It's Cags again but he is good enough to have as many chants as he wants! Could just use the verse or include the chorus which mimics what Newcastle sung for Coloccini. He's just too good to be true, Cag-lar Soyuncu, He's got a heavenly touch, He is Turkish, not Dutch At long last Caglar has arrived and I thank god I'm alive He's just too good to be true, Cag-lar Soyuncu Duh, Duh, Duh, Duh, Duh, Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh, Duh Duh. Duh Duh Duh Duh Caglar Soyuncu, you are the love of my life Caglar Soyuncu, I'd let you shag my wife, Caglar Soyuncu, I want curly hair too.

It was very prominent in the second half on the far left (ironically) near to their fans!

Can anybody explain to me why sections of our support are chanting about Salah being a paedo? Does this have racial/religious connotations or is it just meant to be funny? (it's not.) Additionally, regardless of your political allegiances, chanting about Thatcher, Corbyn or any other politician at the football is embarrassing. To be expected I guess but still all leaves a bit of a sour taste, not to mention the penalty!

I was there for a few days last year, amazing city... - Highlights included Christ The Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Football and drinks on Copacabana & Ipanema, sunset on Arpoador rocks overlooking Ipanema, watching Flamengo at the Maracana, nights out in Lapa, Selaron steps (all the typical things really.) A few tips... - It's a bit crazy coming out the airport, just head straight past everyone offering you a lift to the licensed taxis at the end on the left. - Don't be put off by all the doom & gloom stories and just apply common sense like you would anywhere. - Use uber, it's cheap and safe. - We did a game at the Maracana via Be A Local tours, hotel pick up and match ticket included in the price. I wouldn't really have wanted to get to this area on my own. - Eat Acai in the morning and drink plenty of Caipirinhas & Antarctica beers! Especially out in Lapa - Look out for the city badge graffitied on the wall at the bottom of the Selaron Steps alongside a few brazilian clubs and Marseille. It's above a map of Brazil with a lot of names on it. I've no idea why this was here but loved to see it! - If you're doing the two brothers hike, make sure you pick a nice day! The hike is meant to have amazing views across Rio but we couldn't see through the clouds. In order to start the hike you have to get to the bottom of the Vidigal favela and take a moto-taxi up the favela. I'd be cautious doing this, as we went on a bad day, it wasn't very busy and we ended up in the Favela waiting for a moto-taxi and happened to see kids with assault rifles (thankfully two bikes arrived just as they were coming down the hill.) It's rated as one of the top things to do on TripAdvisor and it seems 99% of people have no issues but I'm just going off my own experiences. It might be worth taking a tour with a local. - If you've got time, head to Paraty & Ilha Grande for a slice of paradise! - It's a bucket list city and really doesn't disappoint. I paid nearly double for my flights so on that basis I would say go for it!

Pearson's Tribute It is with extreme difficulty that I write to express and offer my sincere condolences and support to the Srivaddhanaprabha and wider King Power family. The tragic and shocking events of Saturday evening have impacted the football world in such a profound way with the news of Khun Vichai’s passing. His quiet yet authoritative aura, presence and personality have had an immeasurable influence on English football. The leadership and managerial processes he instilled and encouraged within Leicester City over a sustained period of time has borne fruit in such a way that people throughout the world witnessed the impossible by seeing a club win the Premier League in the most incredible circumstances. This most definitely ensured the belief that sporting miracles can happen. I have been privileged to manage both clubs owned by King Power, and at Oud-Heverlee Leuven in Belgium, have the task of building a club which can emulate King Power’s success in England. My regret is that he will not see the fruition of his vision. It is an important point to remember that, with both clubs, he chose to invest in clubs with potential, to nurture a club with a soul and culture founded on sound values, rather than achieving a ‘quick fix’. He has invested not just substantial financial support, but invested in the people and communities of these clubs. We here at Oud-Heverlee Leuven are still at an early stage, but the dual investment has been substantial. On a personal level, a manager could not have wished for a better boss. I have, through both good and difficult times, been afforded an unwavering support which has been a huge motivator and, in personally difficult times, a huge comfort. His warmth, humour and generosity have always been extended to my own family, something for which we will all be eternally grateful for. I will miss his guidance and wisdom – and certainly his mischievous sense of humour and singular chuckle! Our thoughts, of course, must now be with Khun Vichai’s immediate family, as well as the King Power family, and I’m sure the wider football world will offer some solace for his loved ones. I will miss 'The Boss'.

We truly are global now! I have no idea why this is here, it's just at the bottom of the famous Escadaria Selaron. Thought I'd share it... Anyone else seen any LCFC references in odd places!?

It's all been downhill for him since he did a balloon...

Dele Alli is the only english player with more assists this season. He's one off the likes of Eriksen, Ozil & Mahrez who are all lauded for their creativity and quality.

Fingers crossed this makes 205+!

Playing Football Locally - Find Players/Games
btswift94 posted a topic in General Football and Sport
Hi All, Apologies if something like this already exists... Personally looking for a few extra players for either of the following games - Wednesday Nights - Moat Community College / Astro / 6/7 a side normally but can be more or less dependent on numbers, Good group of lads, mixed abilities, anyone welcome, free for the first game, standing order of £7 a month if you become a regular. Friday Nights - Kirby Muxloe Football Club / Astro / 5/6/7 a side dependent on numbers, again - Good group of lads, mixed abilities and ages, anyone welcome, £3 per week to play. If anyone is looking to play in either of these please let me know. Post in this thread if you're short on players for a game or you're looking to find a game yourself. -
I get so far only for my building ability to let me down...

Brilliant dilemma to have and great to see us not really missing Drinkwater. I wouldn't moan about any of these partnerships currently except for King!
