Indeed he did, the match County clinched the Championship in 1975, played for County at Chesterfield in the day, drove up to Doncaster, I think, played for Carlisle in the evening before returning the next day to complete his century. I was there on the first day of that match & also at Lords that year to see us lift the B&H Cup , taken by my Grandad at the age of 10 . But being at Trent Bridge yesterday with my lad & to win against all the odds , after being 19-4 probably topped the lot.

Would Parkinson come into consideration for the weekend. I know he hasn't featured in the group games & is leaving at the end of the season, but he's an excellent one day bowler.
-
Already on sale got mine last night, just go to Nottingham CC online, or I think there's a link via County's website. I'm not a member or anything, just seem available to anyone.

Unfortunately Barry won't be in attendance, unless they dig him up for the day! -
Right in front of me in the family stand, no pen, threw himself to the ground, imo.
-
Got to agree, far too casual, he was an accident waiting to happen. Vesty was better today.
-
It was something to with last week's opponents, QPR, not being able to play at home, so they swapped & played at Watford instead, but can't remember the exact reason.

Mine was the same as that & so was my dad's, so presume it's fine.

Just one per membership.

You can order adults online without the sleeve badge, so they must have them in the stockroom without badges, as I witnessed yesterday, probably depends who you ask & whether they can be bothered to fetch one for you.
-
I was in there yesterday, buying the away shirt for my lad & someone was buying the home shirt they asked the lady ( I think it was the manager) if they had one without the sleeve sponsor on & she got him one from the stockroom.

If that's the case, the Aussies will just say we're bowling the quicks whatever & the umpires will just say ok off we go.
-
They obviously will just refuse to bowl spin knowing the umpires will bring the players off. The umpires can only say if you bowl pace we'll come off , they can't make you bowl spinners. lf England only want a few runs they will refuse any offer to come off for bad light no matter who's bowling.

Spot on with your timing!

Definitely wasn't dead, only thing that was dead was Bairstow's brain. Carey threw it immediately he caught it , Bairstow was still in his crease at that point, he just carried on walking without looking behind.
-
Don't blame the Aussie's one bit, Bairstow thick as f*#k.

Rewards don't go on straight away, can't remember how long , but 14 days after purchase rings a bell.

Had the misfortune to be at the last 2 T20 home games . The 2 innings combined have seen them lose 20 wickets in just under 35 overs , absolutely shocking.
-
I park in streets around Tudor Road, 20-25 minute walk. Right end of town for journey back to Coalville , just back up Glenfield Road & pick up the A50.
-
Could have been, who knows, but you don't do that against the Aussies, it'll come back to bite you . Against Sri Lanka , West Indies etc. you probably get away with it . It was being radical just to be different, sometimes just do the 'normal' thing. Said at the time it could back to haunt & it did ( along with picking the wrong keeper).
-
Yes, but those 3 wickets were taken on the following morning in overcast conditions not on the evening they declared. Should have batted until the close of play , especially with Root still in, then declared first thing. Could easily have got another 30/40 runs. Idiotic decision.

Derbyshire scored 212 against Yorkshire, their 5th wicket pair Du Plooy & Guest added 93 in 5.3 overs. Yorkshire then dismissed for 68. -
Your thoughts on this story from the cup final

He's been arrested & charged with "displaying threatening or abusive writing likely to cause harassment alarm or distress" . He is due in court tomorrow. Man was named as James White (33) from Warwickshire. -
I have Virgin Media, none of the sky football channels come in HD unless you pay extra ( which you may have done), Sky Sports News is about the only one that comes in HD in the standard package. BT Sport is all in HD.
