After the mad first 5 mins we dominated that first half. If we score the couple of goals in that period like we should have the game is done. Only felt as bad as it did because we absolutely let Notts back in and pile the pressure on.

The thing I'm clinging on to is that the top 3 players form yesterday in Alves, Braybrook & Joseph are looking like Martin can bring the best out of them. And I'm all for it.

Nello with knees like Jello Speedy recovery lad 🙏

Seems to have the knack of being in the right place at the right time. I'm optimistic he'll do well for us.

Noone should be given it. They should be 'chosen' by the playing squad & managers influence. We don't know what goes on behind closed doors and who has the true respect of the players.

* to the tune of 'ole ole' *

Received the ball under no pressure, was lackadaisical, got caught and put it straight out for a corner.

One year deal I'm ok with. Potential upside is much bigger than the downside imo

Anyone ever watched the series Tracker? Main character has a brother called Russell who sort of looks like Russell Martin. Good times.

Next move will be announcing Winks as captain alongside a contract extension

Blackburn only have 2 games left, tomorrow against Sheffield U and Us final day. I would say we win our next two and Blackburn to lose tomorrow to take it to the last day (where we inevitably lose), but full well know we'll lose tonight anyway to go down.

Keeps them up at our expense

Doesn't/Hasn't his brother played for Leicester Riders (Basketball).

I'm the short term I could get on board with Martin. Just to see some organisation and a set style of play. Talk about low bars but that's what Marti's done to me.

Okoli starts. No Vestegaard

The tippy tippy with Winks that ended in a goal Wednesday night?

This has Jordan Ibe vibes

And one of Winks/Skipp push further forwards? I reckon it'll be a flat back 4 today

I think he's hit his ceiling in league one

I also get the feeling that Okoli was done partly with Soule in mind

It's in the extended highlights Leicester YouTube video, doesn't have the clearest of view but certainly looked like it should have been a pen.

I wouldn't be surprised if links like these were seen at most clubs. Obviously Wolves with Mendes is the most striking. Not that I agree with it but it could just make transfers easier/potentially more efficient

Can't see him going this window. Summer however is a possibility despite if we go up or not.
