Fcks sake. One of those days. How the fck do they keep doing it? They're nothing other than huff and puff
-
They're not. It's normal. I remember boneheads - maybe 40 or 50 - at our gaff chanting galatasary v Leeds years ago. It weren't me, nor the 28k other city fans in attendance that night.

Just kids having fun

Ipswich haven't got a chance of staying the distance. They are a bog standard championship team, nothing more or less. Us and saints will occupy the top 2 places easily
-
Saints ground almost completely full...but just scored their fourth on 84 mins!. Same thing at our gaff would have thousands bolting for the exit to get back for strictly without so much as a round of applause for the players.
-
Saints are miles and miles and miles ahead of Ipswich. It's a freak situation that Ipswich have accumulated as many points as they have. They aren't even as good as Cov, let alone saints
-
Totally agree. It was a textbook 'going to plan' performance as could've possibly have been. In fact, even at 0-0 on 40 mins I was relishing the second half, such was the control we had
-
I can't work out if it feels worse to have a game spoiled when had absolutely everything going to plan .....or if I'd be more annoyed if we'd have thrown it away second half in a normal 11v11 Either way, it feels shite - and feels as if the Cov public have been short changed but not seeing one of our masterclasses!
-
Didn't like the tactics tho. I wanted us to carry a threat. They had carte blanche to concentrste on attacking....Go 4-1-3-1 .... Usual back 4 and Winks, KDH/mcAteer/Praet and maybe mavdivi up top
-
I don't want VAR but it's cost us at least a point today and 2 at Ipswich
-
Agreed. It was a bit Brendany just to hang on
-
Yeah, same. I wouldn't moan at the ref publicly but if I was a player, I'd just say 'you've spoiled it mate' as I was coming off

LCFC must offer General Sale to fans

Can you imagine this at any other business? What if Susan Whelan was the CEO of Ryanair....would she install this same policy? If she did I'm not sure Michael O'Leary would be too happy Me: Can I buy 4 x 50 quid tix to Alicante please? Ryanair: Are you a Ryanair member? Me; No Ryanair: Then you need to buy a Ryanair membership first at 100 quid Me: Well, I dunno if I'll use Ryanair enough to warrant that Ryanair: Then, fck off Me: but I know someone who flew from east mids last year with you Ryanair: then get them to buy the tix for you Me: I don't know them that well Ryanair; like it or lump it pal. Either pay membership or get this acquaintance of yours to buy it Me: can't I just buy the tix myself Ryanair; nope, because, tbh, you might commit violence on the plane. We can't take that risk. Me; but if acquaintance buys them, or I buy membership, you then think I won't commit violence Ryanair: correct -

Whoever dictates ticketing policy down there doesn't need sacking. They need psychiatric help. It's absolutely insane -

All opinions of course, but I think a) his cross and corner taking abilities are PL level B) his ball playing abilities are very decent, higher end pro level C) his general goalkeeping and positioning and decision making is appalling - there would be keepers at non league level who were better at that aspect

I know it's often open season on the FT here, but let's fight one battle at a time, eh? They're singing the right tune on this one. As for the other stuff, the club are getting away scot free due to positive results at the moment. But I do sense there's better scouting again and better contract/recruitment policy. FFP time will tell. Stadium upgrade time will tell. -
Yeah, looked at a few of the YouTube comments and they summed it up well, the intro set the tempo for a thriller....the outtro a melancholic piece, that Jack and George are fighting a losing battle
-
We always have to remind ourselves that it wasn't ward who authorised 12m transfer fee nor a renewal of a four year contract worth millions nor Ward who picked himself for those disastrous 23 of 26 games (Everton, wolves and west ham the exceptions, tho still think he got lucky at wolves with that save in half time, but benefit of doubt etc) The guy's career and reputation has been trashed by playing. Sheffield United could and would find better keepers from leagues 1and 2 and I suspect a good dozen or so in the non league

Going further back, Forest in the Micky Adams promotion season, when we were 15 points ahead and beat them at home to go 18 points ahead (tricky Trev scored I think)

Wow. Pure regression therapy. That has just sent me back to my early childhood

Very similar style, same era, the world in action theme. Creepy. Evocative. Gorgeous.

The Sweeney outtro was a beautiful piece of work. By the Harry South big band, apparently
