Bodo are one of the bigger teams in Norway and regularly feature in the Europa/ Conference cups but never got this far. It is one hell of an achievement for them. Off the top of my head, I think Tromso and Molde are other notable teams there. Molde being Ole's old stomping ground.

Having work in education for the last 10+ years, having a legal framework around sex gives us a lot of breathing room. The press summary judgement provided by the Justices helps clarify a lot of the muddy waters of the Equality Act. It allows schools/ colleges, particularly regarding sport and changing rooms, to refer to a court judgement in the exceptionally rare cases where a child of one biological sex may wish to use spaces designated for the other. It provides clarity in these situations and is a good starting point to open discussions about ways in which concessions or adaptations can be made, without fear that the school/ college could be challenged in court - a financial and PR risk.

Trying something new with marathon training this week - trying to hit the length targets but not in one solid go. Instead, splitting them into shorter and faster runs. Managed 5k in 26:08, which I'm calling 26 min to account for crossing 2 roads and dodging people. Goal achieved! 4 miles in 35 mins, overall. Overall aim is to get as close as I can to 4 hours for my marathon. Might be ambitious for a first time.

Easy. My first 10k was slower than that and I've done several halfs in under 2 hours (about 1:56). Pick a flatter course, build up a mix of long runs and quick 5ks.
