I understand with the recent wins by english clubs people saying english clubs will win it again next season, especially as champions league teams don't drop down. But thats a very english type attitude I feel . There was a time when english teams rarely won the europa and what did people say then? That the clubs didnt take it seriously. Dare I say its a bit of holier-than-thou attitude. Just like when england win a group match and suddenly we've won the world cup already. I personally don't think Brighton will win the europa next season and it does look a tougher competition next season. Guess we'll see you all could be right.
cardiff/swansea, west ham/millwall are the only 2 decent ones...and I'm sure the authorities will do everything they can to dilute them as much as possible.
Whats the point in just being happy to survive, the fans should embrace this amazing season and the chance to watch their club in europe which most don't get.
I understand that but i remember bolton v oxford having over 70,000 a couple of years a go, oxford were getting similiar attendances to stockport back then.
I guess lifting it above keeper height is more difficult, low is fine if you put pace on the ball, so many are side footed, then you're relying on the keeper going the wrong way.
Given his record of never winning promotion through the playoffs who better to give his insight especially after being in charge of one of the favourites for promotion and getting them relegated.
Sky are lucky to have him.
Yeah I've seen them before just seems a large escalation I guess with so much importance but on collecting data at all levels its the norm now, always looks silly though lol.
