Would pay good money to see him in a midfield 2 with Jonjo Shelvey mind you. PES players back in the day would definitely have him in Gli Pelati.
-
As long as he keeps going once he reaches the end.

Why does that chode have to be a Southampton fan? He's ruining everything about today by knowing them winning would bring him even an ounce of joy. Leeds would have to reanimate the remains of Jimmy Saville to make it a fair contest.

If Leeds fans sing 'Things Can Only Get Better' in Sunak's direction at the playoff final, they deserve to win the bloody thing for their services to the nation.

Rodgers gives LC a well done, I feel sick

He'd never have come out the woodwork if he hadn't won that one-and-a-half team league. Sometimes better to say nothing at all. Knob. -
Reminds me a bit of an Andy King type in that respect. Game often passes him by but he has a great knack of ghosting into the box and getting amongst the goals. Prefer him down the middle with that in mind, should keep him as we're going to need cheap squad options going forwards.

At that age and price, got to be worth a punt. As long as he has the workrate and isn't another Soumare, gerrimin

Labour landslide with Tories relegated to third party behind the Lib Dems, thanks to the magic of the FPTP they love so much. One can only d:ream.

I mean, Ben Hamer played Champions League football for us in fairness, it's not exactly a reliable metric for the true standard of players.

League One & Two - 2023-2024 Season
OntarioFox replied to Wymsey's topic in General Football and Sport
Honestly think there were more at Wembley to see us win the Covid FA Cup. I know they're both fairly small clubs but really poor turnout from Crawley and Crewe. -
It is a damning indictment of the standard of Forest that, even without any points deduction, they'd be down and well so in 8/10 of the last seasons. The poor standard of the promoted 3 is unprecedented and even then Luton Town gave them a good run for their money and could yet end up level on points. 29 points being enough to survive is a joke. Lucky, lucky, lucky.

Just to be pedantic, the absolute melt is clearly holding out for a January election because he knows full well what's coming for him and his party. Be interesting to see who's in post longer - Enzo, Brussel, Farke or Sunak?

I think I want Leeds to win it now. My hatred for Sunak and his government just runs deeper than any I have for them. Like, it's not just football rivalry, I actually want nothing but the worst for that man and the thought of his football team bringing him any joy is unacceptable to my moral compass. As a certain Cov fan said, 'it's just not fair'.

I guess it's going to be funny either way, but we all know which fans it would be funnier to see crying into their hovis.

Doesn't even need saying but in the final aren't we?

Noooo

I on the other hand am still pissed off that we bottled it against Rotherham for our one and only shot at the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. You and I are not alike.

Spurs are the 'big six' equivalent of Leeds - a constant source of delusional entertainment

Toton would be a mad choice of venue for a new ground for you, way too far from the city centre. It's practically next to Long Eaton! Similar chatter about LCFC going to Fosse Park at one point was very unpopular amongst the fanbase for how isolated it would be, and even that's probably only half as far as the crow flies. Guessing the now cancelled HS2 was part of the thinking? I could understand if it was part of a new transport hub, but Rishi and his ilk are allergic to progress so you can forget that.

Unfortunately my abiding memory of him will be him seemingly having a chronic fear of opposition players wearing red, and being the prime culprit for both embarrasments at the City Ground. I thought he'd have learned his lesson the first time and would be up for a local Derby, being from Syston, but he looked even worse and more scared the second time out. Rodgers ruined him. A perfect example of a player regressing under his appalling man management.

Great advert for the Championship today. 😐

Between this and the possibility of Israel winning Eurovision, today has shaken my belief that the bad guys don't win in the end
