Yeah i hear you on that. Its like work sleep repeat. Try and break that cycle by going for walks as you mentioned. No harm in sitting down with your boss and explain how your feeling. He might be very understanding of your situation. Your doubts about speaking to him are because of your mood. If hes anything like my boss he would want to help. A happy workforce is a more productive workforce. Whatever you choose to do im sure it will be ok.

When i went through a really bad patch i turned to drink. Eventually i knew i had to stop. Walking became my saviour. Not taking my phone or card so i couldnt get a drink whilst out. Also because i didnt have my phone i didnt know where i was. Found so many interesting places and it was fun finding my way home the old fashioned way. Final Fantasy XVI finally released on xbox. My favourite gaming series since i was young. Goodbye the next month or so of my life.

Im normally critical of players/managers that moan about too much game time whilst getting paid vast amounts of money. But even i think this is a step too far. Players really are going too suffer with all these extra games. Euros, World Cup, Nations league and now this. Its just constant, there is no rest bite. Always thought Blatter was a greedy ****. Its just a shame hes been replaced with a greedier ****.

Going to go into the new season on the back of another shambles of a pre season. Where are the away games at Lincoln, Northampton or Notts County? Only 10 days until fixtutes are released for next season. It really is a massive s**t show at the moment. Never felt this disillusioned with the club in 35years of supporting them.
