He’s a proper manager who manages, that has to give some confidence after the absolute frauds we have had recently. He feels like a good fit for us and I feel he’s got something to prove to. At first I wasn’t 100 for getting him but now he’s managing games, he’s giving players clear instructions. I am almost certain that if the players play in the same way they have in the 3 away games and give 100%, there would be no toxicity. The Toxicity is generated when they don't run. Really, there is nothing stopping players running other than their own minds, if they cant do that its on them.
