  1. Will money saved on wages from players that left on free and/or out of contract be in these calculations. At the end of this, players out of contract could potentially save us between 15-20m in wages depending if there’s any relegation clauses included.
  2. My heart says yes, but my brain says No😡
  3. Watching the game today, there was a lot to be concerned about, especially our midfield. A part from winks we had no one available or looking to receive the ball. I was disappointed with both KDH and Niddi performances today. There seem to no one tracking back, no one covering runs. The whole of the midfield was too static, whereas in beginning of the season, we had that fluidity.
  4. Puel wasn’t great manager for us, but I always thought he would make a good DoF. He know how football works I think he would have advised Top better.
  5. When this season ends (can’t happen soon enough), we will another load of players going leaving, which will mean we can properly start rebuilding, even with a transfer embargo in place. That’s the only way we are going to get out of this mess. Even if we get promoted we will suffer the same fate! At some point we need to sort this shit out from Top to bottom and it’s going take time, but if we can remain competitive in the championship, we can start building a team we can be proud off!
  6. Mads Ric p Doyle Coady Vesty Winks Niddi Wayna Fatawa KDH Kel/Vardy
  7. I don’t think we are going up, now in one of the automatic places. I want Enzo to start introducing someone will Braybook/Alves into the team, just to freshen things up and hope they have an impact in time for the playoffs and if we don’t get up via the playoffs, they’ve gained some exposure to the championship.
  8. We need look at where and he’s receiving the ball., usually in the last third and he’s usually doubling up against him. He needs to receive the ball earlier, so that he’s got space to run into. This is more tactical then it’s on him!
  9. He just not flexible enough. For 2/3 of the season when things were working for us, it was great, but when things go against us, he’s too slow to change. His subs are very similar to Rogers, in that they are like for like, and like Rogers, he doesn’t have a plan to change things up. A simple change in game situation, would be swap the wingers over, he doesn’t even do that. I Will also say it’s not all down to Enzo, we that chance in most of games we’ve lost and we haven’t been clinical enough. Players need to some of the blame too. Whatever happens I hope Enzo finds a way and succeeds and get us up, because, all said and done I am LCFC fan 1st and us to do well🏆🏆🏆
  10. Failed when it matters! His inexperience and stubbornness has failed us!
  11. It’s more the wages that they are on. No one going to pay Sourmare £80k pw, unless he’s willing to take a huge pay cut! It’s a catch 22 issue, we simply can’t attract players, unless we are willing these wages. The mistake we made, is if we are going to pay them that much, then we have to do our due diligence to ensure they are worth it. Certainly Krisiensen and Souttar, were panic buys at the wrong time, in my opinion, considering where we were financially
  12. Surely the relegation clause would cover some of these wages
  13. That’s cheered me right up! 🤣🤣🤣
  14. When I saw Chelsea line up, I was fearing the worst. I know Chelsea form this season as been very inconsistent, but this was a very paced team, especially up front and I think we coped reasonably well, sure we were exposed many times, but I watched a few Chelsea matches, since the draw was made, and we more no more exposed then any other premier league team, so for me this is was reassuring, but it highlights areas we need to improve, firstly we need a pacy defender, a strong leader in midfield and finally a winger that’s going to complement what we already have. We will need to smart with our purchases, but I think that’s when we been most successful in the transfer market, most of this season’s purchases proves this.
  15. We all need to consider, that this championship season is unique in that in a normal season we would way ahead of the chasing pack. We have to credit both Ipswich and Leeds for keeping up with us. Whoever on top is going to feel the pressure from the chasing pack. It’s going to be tight, but I think we will enough in tank to get us over in one of the two promotion places🤞🏆🤞
  16. Have we lost today????
  17. Absolute legend. Up there with Izzy, Walsh and Vardy. 🏆🏆🏆
  18. We would need to sell KDH, if we remain in the EFL, before 30/6/24 to comply with EFL rules. If we get promoted, then it becomes a risk vs rewards situation. That’s how I understand😬
  19. We lost Ricky after that game
  20. It was interesting to, when Vardy scored his 2nd goal, I noticed that someone (can’t remember who) did an overlapping run, which drew the defender to him and allowed fatwa to run into the space and he was able to play that pass into Vardy to score. A brilliant goal in my opinion.
  21. He looks tired to me. Time away will do him good. Hopefully he will come back refreshed and focused.
  22. That’s a good point. Keeps Ipswich at bay and keeps us one of the promotion slots during the international break. Give Niddi time to get back to full fitness, get Ric fit, as well as giving some of our key players a break. This was always going to be the tough part of our run I 🏆🏆🏆
  23. Come you boys - bring it home 🏆🏆🏆
  24. Just don’t lose today - win would be great, but a1 point wouldn’t be too bad either.COYB🏆🏆🏆
