BUT This season was never going to be easy, today he played the team that everyone on this forum would play and his subs got us something from the game. If we just get behind him you never know… could pull out some decent results this season. Maybe I’ve over optimistic idk

My uncle, grandad and cousin have had season tickets for ages now and me and my dad have always gone to away games with tickets they have bought through the points system (under their name). We want to go to Leeds and Newcastle away later on in the season but, due to this new rule (which is ridiculous imo), we don’t know if it’s worth the risk of spending the money and not being able to get the tickets. How harsh are they? If we show my uncle’s and my cousin’s ID do u reckon we’d be allowed in? Does anyone know how common are these ‘random selections’ are?

I think he’ll play another season properly (at least) with 10+ goals in the prem and I’ll back him to score another 10 off the bench when the time comes and he’s not as prominent in our side I reckon he’ll just about do it

Think Daka can come good if he becomes a bit more physical and improves his movement a bit, he’s definitely got the pace for a great running in behind striker, it’s just whether he develops into a vardy-like player with his movement.

Club foot was always brilliant just before the game. Always thought underdog might be a good one too with us winning the league at 5000/1 odds and all that. Kasabian before the match is severely missed, generally decent music in the ground is missed, surely the goal music has to go before next season, it’s abysmal.

Very harsh imo, point blank range, trying to take his hand away, literally skimmed his finger, was always going to a be a pen though playing arsenal at the emirates.

Brentford are also worse than us so we should be fine, next two prem games are big games though.

When do we start to be worried? Our saving grace is that there is at least 3 teams worse than us. We need to pick up our form nonetheless.

I was a big fan of singing sections at Brighton and Watford, if we could just sort that type of thing for every game, with safe standing in the kop and the goal music binned then our atmosphere would improve no end
