That's true, I mentioned it at the time. We'd just got back to 1-1 & hardly any player seemed bothered, they just walked back to the halfway line. These are very bad signs

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

Also significant that he is now cup-tied for the Carabao. No imminent new club would want that, unless he's going abroad -
Can we also include Mcateer in that list

Very impressed with some of our players & playing some great football -
Such a shame that Braybrooke has not progressed, he would have been a good replacement for Winks
-
Absolute joke

What does it matter, it's only a number. In the good old days teams wore nos, 2 to 11 in every game. So if, for example, Frank Worthington or Derek Dougan ( 2 of our greatest ever centre-forwards ) were injured then somebody else wore the no.9. I don't recall being bothered that somebody else had the shirt of these legends, just gutted that I wasn't getting to see my heroes & praying that they would be fit for our next game

the commentator on You Tube has lust said 15. It's all reletive though, Surret's annual wage bill is about 20 times Leicestershire's -

If England win this test it will be one of their finest victories for years. Virtually half the team have contributed nothing & we've played with about 1&1/2 bowlers & 3&1/2 batsmen -

With the new ball due & our runs have dried up, I really can't see us getting these runs -
Match vs Derby County will be shown live on ITV

Yes I went to that game, except I didn't as they locked the gates before I got in. Very few games in those days were all ticket & it was absolute chaos as I recall, not sure how many Derby fans were there but we had a very good side & fans always turned out in big numbers for the big games. I think it was a 0-0 draw which was enough for Derby. Enough though we had a terrific side, Derby used to beat us every time. Hate them with a passion -
Tigers only have 9 home league games per season. Our fixtures were released in June, their's this week. Incredible that Tigers didn't inform their league when we were at home & to avoid a fixture clash. There is no way we should have to change this or any other fixture that clashes

when I first saw India play (late 50's or early 60's), all they had was spinners. Bishan Bedi used to open the bowling & there would be 3 or 4 other spinners in the team. Amazing how things change -
I agree. We desperately need pace & energy at centre back & particularly in midfield. Aluko has really impressed me & provides that in spades, I'm just not sure what position we play him in
-
Winks & Skipp doesn't work in midfield. They are too similar & neither of them is attack minded & don't get forward to support the attack, we really need more speed & attacking ideas there. Also we have major problems at centre back & it's impossible to see us keeping clean sheets which will be essential if we are to do well. We desperately need to shift players out but we all know that is going to be very, very difficult
-
Aluko reminds me of TAA in how he plays. Would love to see him in the team but not sure what his position is

sold out, last block not being opened -
Why can't he just f off to Rangers
-
The defending is on a par with last season. How many times did we see players not closed down & given a free shot. We have major defensive problems

At this rate the 3rd block won't be opened -
The commentators are really trying hard to convince us that some of these players are quite good. Unfortunately, we know otherwise

Gets on my nerves a bit all this with the family on the green as soon as the last putt is holed. Surely there must be a time limit before he goes to the recorder's office to check & sign his card & bear in mind his playing partner is waiting there & cannot leave. Never used to happen in the days of Jack Nicklaus & Arnold Palmer
-
Wonderful to see him back
