I think this game has been forgotten a little. I've heard a lot of people sprout yesterday being our worst ever performance and then comparing with Bolton 5-0. I think this Portsmouth one is so similar to the predicament we're in now, albeit played a division above. Some will remember we had Paulo Sousa trying to play almost identical Brussell Ball with a team that just couldn't hack it. It was awful if not worse than what we're seeing now. I would like to take note of the players that lined up that day. Yes, a couple in there were not the standard for any system but if you look there's a core there of players that Pearson got a hold of and got playing some exceptional football. It gives us hope that when Martin and KP go and someone sane gets hold of them there are brighter days ahead for sure. We need to organise it for a home game and it needs to go much further than foxestalk. We need: - people like @Ric Flairwho have a wider reach to really push it on socials etc and with their contacts.. - a crowdfund setting up to purchase all the banners etc so the message is consistent and people can just turn up and take part. - Media need to be made aware that is going to happen for maximum exposure. Staring a thread on FT won't cut it alone. You can get 200 yes in a poll that would equate to probably 20 people turning up on the day. It needs to be pushed much wider and you'd hope once it starts building momentum more more people would want to be involved.

On a side note you'd think anyone in the audio visual world's priority would be syncing the picture to the sound. So many channels now out of sync, and it's not just individual setups as I hear complaints from many.

Was there a Sky+ stream yesterday with neutral commentary? If so I couldn't find it but will need to have a better look next time. I'm not watching the LCFC one through choice, it was the only working one I could find where the audio was in sync to an acceptable standard.

it is starting to drive me crazy the absolute drivel coming out of the commentator and Matt Elliott's mouth during commentary and then having to endure 'robot man Bates' interview of Brussell in a way that even Putin would have a rye smile with. It's like there's some KP henchmen with AK47s to the side of them at all times with fingers on triggers. I make a conscious effort to listen to the opposition commentary as a lot of them use their local BBC radio feed, which obviously being a little more biased for the opposition, is certainly more accurate and will at least address the fundamental issues in our club. Trouble is the state of the streams are diabolical at times with the Oxford one about 15 secs behind with the audio so sometimes I'm forced to watch our one. Elliott should be ashamed of himself - a supposed legend of the club that is still jovial at 4-0 down against Oxford squeezing positives still out of stuff when there isn't any. He should be calling it out for what it is and taking his P45 with pride. I hope when KP finally go the TV station goes with it with everyone connected to it. Hideous bunch of cretins connected to it that I can't wait to see the back of.

When he takes the ball on the turn and accelerates away from players you know he's going to be top draw, you can see it. He'll iron out the inconsistencies eventually and I think we're going to have a future England star in our hands.

I mean you have to give him credit for getting into good positions. Thinks he's had about 5 clear cut chances since the start of the season. I know he's not put one away but bloody hell, the guy has a knack of being in the right place at the right time.

To be fair to Jakub he has had a rough time before this injury and had shown a bit of steel to lose his place and then win it back which impressed me. So so sad for the guy, quite a rare injury for a keeper.

This Connor Chaplin playing for us doesn't seem like the same one I remember at Ipswich. Looks a shadow of his former self. I'm not just on about footballing stuff, it's the way he holds himself on the pitch and passion he plays with. Remember him being a right bastard to play against, looks like he's on holiday at Butlins with us so far.

Watson has looked proper s**t so far. Howell looks miles ahead. Needs to be Alves and Howell as the two wide players. Burns and Watson need to be dropped.

Tried to not look at the post match comments before posting this. I actually feel that performance was acceptable. Football is fine lines and on another day we win that 4-0. MK Dons didn't really have any chances and I think where we are right now with Brussell Ball that wasn't actually too bad. We tried to get the ball forward a bit quicker (not perfect yet) but it wasn't a bad performance IMO. Hopefully when we get a goal then floodgates will open - our finishing so far has been apocalyptic.

We are horrific in attack aren't we? It's like that area of the game is completely ignored in training. You can see they looked well drilled in playing out from the GK to be fair, but f**k me, get anywhere in the final third and it looks like they've never come across it before!

Best ref I've seen in the football league so far. Makes a change this guy.
