I used to sit in G1 back then, level with the 18 yard line. I remember shouting ‘don’t shoot!’ as thought it was too far out. Didn’t expect what followed!

Unfortunately, the problem extends much deeper than the manager. I’m at a loss as to whether those behind then scenes are either clueless or just don’t care. The same can be said for those on the pitch, although lack of ability I can cope with, lack of application and effort I can’t.

I know I’m a bit of a saddo but I know I’m not alone. Making away tickets all digital takes away a big part of the experience. I’ve got hundreds of tickets from different away games over the years, something you can look back at and remember the special (and not so special) ones. Just another firm reminder that those at the top really don’t understand many of the things that people enjoy(ed) about football.

How did that happen after we looked so comfortable in possession? Well, Faes obviously

In a ‘perfect world’ way of thinking, RVN has recently beat us twice, so knows our weaknesses and clearly knew how to exploit them. I’d like to think he would therefore have a few ideas on how we can improve defensively. Would be a risk but at least knows a bit about what he’s dealing with. If we just want to stay up, I wouldn’t want to take a risk on someone currently managing abroad, or anyone with ‘great ideas’. Might sound boring but RVN or Moyes will probably do the job for what we need right now.

Would love to see the sales figures on all of this stuff. Would also really love to know how many framed, signed Danny Ward shirts they sold at £400.

Anyone ever considered that Cooper was the only one who actually wanted the job?

Concerns about the direction of the club
Super Shinji replied to Lambert09's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not that we are going to see a repeat of it by any stretch but the year we won the league, we had a pretty rough pre season. Yes we won most of the games, but the opposition in those games were league 1 & 2 teams and the quality of football from us was pretty dire. I’ll make my mind up after 10 games. -
Surely the anagram is Aldi?

Summarising your post I read the words ‘Messi’ and ‘David Silva’. Gerrimin

Not quoting this as fact but I would assume Adidas have a fixed amount rather than a percentage that goes to them from each sale. And they won’t be making less than we do in terms of profit on each shirt. So let’s say that fixed price is £35 to Adidas, that’s £35 profit for us for each shirt. And let’s be really generous and say we sell 100k shirts, = £3.5m profit. Probably covers Vardy’s wages for the year if that.

How long did he have left on his previous deal? Make it a 1 year deal and we possibly miss out on any transfer fee. Let him go and we have to find a replacement, when we’ve just been promoted therefore commanding a PL salary for his replacement (on at least a 3 year deal). We’re going to be shopping in the bargain bucket anyway so who’s to say we get in anyone better? Just a reflection of the situation we are in and most likely a risk based decision with any alternative options we have available.

Well he’s done the job before and didn’t lose a game

Chap next to me hasn’t renewed for this reason, despite being a ST holder for 40+ years. I understand the principle, but I was shocked he actually went through with it.

Add them to your Temu basket more like

Just another example of how out of touch the club hierarchy are with the fan base. Sure, sell this tat overseas to a market that may buy it, but don’t market it to our core fan base. Just like the rest of the own brand stuff they have been selling for years at ridiculous prices. Even the Fox & Crop stuff was massively overpriced.

Understand your direction. I was referring to why it is allowed on kids shirts.
-
Alcohol advertising is not allowed on shirt fronts anymore (so I believe). Betting companies tend not to be on kids shirts (West Ham have sponsorless kids shirts). FBS is an investment platform and not a betting firm.

Maybe on the away/3rd kit. Most of the teams with adidas have that this year. Same home kit templates too

I don’t understand why anyone would want to run onto the pitch.

Any more news on this? Usually unveiled on the last game and not seen any leaks as yet.

Super Shinji replied to Ian Nacho's topic in Leicester City Forum
I might have missed it over the last 10 pages but has anyone noticed that you can only forward your ticket to someone who is a Member? Therefore forcing people to buy memberships too. -
