He's known by everyone who follows the PL...a mention of Leicester to a casual fan usually turns into a Vardy discussion. MLS just isn't huge over here. Sure, Messi moves the needle, but their TV deal with Apple is garbage, so airtime is limited. Salary won't be an issue- Vardy is enough of a name that he can be exempted from a team's salary cap structure (known as the Designated Player). The question is, which team holds his discovery rights, and if it's a small market team, will MLS force them to sell/hand over the rights to a Miami or Los Angeles-type market. One note- De Bruyne's rights are held by Miami, who are already maxed out on Designated Players (Messi, Busquets, and Jordi Alba). If he goes to MLS, with the current rules, I can't see it being Miami.

This didn’t age well…

Maguire up front as a target man, without actually getting the ball in the air towards him, is most amusing.

There’s plenty of gems hidden throughout that area, but a good pool is a must. As a school employee myself, certainly understand the plight! Most importantly, that’s a great age for your kids to experience it. The joy in their faces provides a welcome distraction from the exorbitant prices.

Yes to both. One of the busiest times of the year to visit…week before and week after Easter…Wife is a Disney regular who’s forgotten more about the theme parks than I’d ever care to know. Which resort are you staying at?

Alternate between 18 and 10 until there’s a winner.

Took the dogs for a walk with Bryson up 1. Came back to a 5 shot swing. Lesson learned…make a drink and don’t leave the couch for the next 3 hours.

April Fools joke, I'm sure...

Bit out of left field with this one, but the world's largest functioning pipe organ is in a department store in Philadelphia. The department store is closing this weekend, so it's been nonstop free concerts all day. Stunning venue, if not a typical performance hall. Streaming all of the concerts on Youtube for the next 3 hours, too.

Completely agree. Fantastic pub scene. If traveling by rail, give yourself time for York Tap, in the station. Must have had nearly 40 taps, half cask and half draught. Spent hours there on our last visit, and brought food with us.

Ouch, Spaun in the water on 17 in the playoff. Have to imagine Rory has it locked up now.

I am the security guard, and the steamroller is kickoff. Feel compelled to watch, even with the inevitable expected…

Love that the Old Firm is shown nationally here in the US. Glad the away fans are back

Same with Bellingham, though if someone has any magic left to conjure, it feels like it’ll be him.

Solid returns from Thomas against a big side, yet again.

American pundits at halftime- “We understand why a low block, but it doesn’t matter when your center backs are terrible defenders.”

Gone but not forgotten and certainly not the death list

One of my favorites, and an amazing cast. Viggo Mortensen and James Gandolfini in supporting roles, too. -
Very true, and also limiting for public events in a digital age. No use of phones, only walking or cycling to events...I've even had to open the refrigerator for a friend on a Saturday, so he could have a pregame beverage (he wouldn't open it himself). Restrictions are typically in place from around sunset on Friday, to an hour after sunset on Saturday.
