If fans in this country put as much effort into supporting their team as they do into whinging at referees the atmospheres would be incredible. Yes they are shit most of the time but find it tiresome, as I'm usually near someone who complains about everything.

We really do look like we are playing a different sport when you watch us. So much more intensity to everyone else's play.

Still think it makes a mockery of this tournament when India are playing in Dubai. Everyone else has to adapt plans to travel and play them, change in conditions. How often does the host nation have to travel to another country to play a game

I think we've had an ok amount of 'young' players coming through to the first team in the last 10 years, I'd say a similar amount than most Premier League clubs. Admittedly some of them are distinctly average and shouldn't be anywhere near a Premier League squad And who did Pearson bring through? King is only one I can think of and maybe Chilwell towards the end but can't remember the timescale of his debut. However, what we don't do is risk the really young players, apart from Thomas everyone else has had to go out on loan prior.

Can't understand why no-one picked him up on a free last summer - he was clearly open to the idea. Can't help but like the guy, and we are better with him in the team (but feel this highlights a bigger problem with the squad, rather than Ndidi being particularly great). Finds himself in some great positions and would score plenty if he had a bit more composure.
