The biggest operational problem with digital ticketing, in my experience, is the people trying to use it.

She's a fantastic golfer but never has been a prolific winner. She's only won 7 tournaments in her career to date. I think the perception is of her being a much more dominant force than she is in reality - largely due to her personality/social media presence and the fact she's exciting to watch. I'd expect Lottie Woad to surpass Charley's career win stats within 3 years.

Get it done quickly and move onto the next one out the door.

Bad looking injury for Maddison - people are assuming ACL.

Got to pay for the really necessary army of LCFC stewards' (another one of those 'PL initiatives') travel and wages somehow.

Run so badly it's becoming comical. What a farce.
