Burning money on edouard and Skipp plus the wildcard appointment of Ruud didn’t help either. Poor decision making from the top has left us in this position. I have to say though that some of the youngsters coming through and the chance to reset leaves me feeling a bit more optimistic for some reason. If we can get rid of some of the deadwood who don’t want to be here and play some young hungry talent I will be happy.

Quite possibly but is the sort of business that we are associated with now. We should steer well clear. Oh and no more Skipp types ever please.

It’s a bit like blaming victims who fall prey to scam artists. It’s not solely our managements fault for not being the full ticket. It’s down to those in control who appoint them and pay their wages to step in and make it right. Unfortunately none have covered themselves in glory of late.

I’m feeling the same way. There is something about Russell Martin that many people feel uncomfortable with. I felt the same way as did many others when Claudio came in. The difference there though was that he took over a team that had won nine out of their last premier league games (or was it eight out of ten?). Ruud will have got to know the environment and squad better and will have learnt a lot through his setbacks in defeat. I think if we are going to jump ship then we should be doing so for someone that offers something we have actively identified as necessary to take this club forward. I don’t feel that this is the case here rather just another roll of the dice. He is no Maresca and is annoying too.

That maybe but at least I’d like us to try. This appointment is such an important decision that we cannot afford any more mistakes. The issue is that I don’t think we really know exactly what we want to be and how we are going to achieve that. We just wing it on the day of the interview as is our normal approach to recruitment at the moment.

Its the traditional send off and has to be done but I never like to see him subbed. I know it’s been a long time coming but when it happens the harsh reality will sink in. Thanks Jamie for all you have done for and achieved with us.

His end product could be better for sure but he was the best player on the pitch today and at times was running the show. Just hope we can work a way out to keep him next year. Provided a great cross for Vardy who applied a cracking half volley with his left peg. Highlight of the match.

He certainly hasn’t done it here so far but it’s funny how when a space is opened somebody steps up. I’d be prepared to give him another try if the deal reflects the current reality. We will need another striker even if we keep Daka.

I would play him now instead of buonnnotte. Nothing against Facundo but monga looks very tidy and facundo unlikely to stay.

If he is not gone today then there should be a bloodbath at board level.

He is miles worse. I’ve seen everyone since Bloomfield and he is by far the worst. Get him gone today.

Yep we blew our chances of staying up when we ditched cooper for this joker. Cooper wasn’t great but he was better in every way than Ruud. Buying the likes of skipp edouard etc hamstrung us from the start though.

It wasn’t always pretty and I found the style a bit boring at times but he did the business and at least got us winning. Our team wasn’t that great as shown this season. I would take him back if we couldn’t find someone who really stood out. We really do need a bit of clear out on the playing side and bring in some real talent with the right character. No more Oliver skipp or cast off palace players. Need the right DOF to enable that.

Why didn’t Vardy just open up his body and pass it into the far corner. Even Vardy has lost it.

I’d have thought someone will have a word with him after this about leaving with mutual consent. It just can’t go on like this.

I hate to say this but we really have gone backwards since we bought Ruud in. Every player has regressed and we can barely string a few passes together tonight . Even Bilal and Facundo have lost form.

This is the worst man united team in decades we have got to have a go at them. Luke and VK haven’t been the worst on show but surely we could get mavs on the left for some more attacking intent and pace. Likewise I’d bring Facundo on at some stage. We have got to show a bit more quality in attack.
