  1. Yet we still lost the 2 previous league games. Teams have been overly clinical against us lately. Whilst this is happening, the players up the pitch have to do their jobs.
  2. If you close your eyes and try really hard, maybe you could be a little more patronising? I am well aware that this isn't Fifa, and i'm well aware of our financial predicament. But you said we don't 'NEED' anyone. Ndidi fell into that no 8 role after years are being a declining defensive midfielder (and back up CB). We've lost Cassadei, moved Riccy into it who we broke (i warned about this but was accused of being a cretin), apologetically played Praet in it, who is also now broken (who ive always thought is sh1te). Kasey has done a bit of it, but he is broken at the moment too (not good enough anyway). But i don't really think any of these are players that Enzo has really ever trusted there. So to say we didn't need anyone is incorrect. A critical position that our manager has no one to pick for. My word we could really have done with getting rid of a few hangers on and investing.
  3. I mean, what a brilliant timed post.
  4. In this league, it doesn't matter what you 'think'. QPR and Borough ended up being very clinical and parked the bus successfully. Many have come to the KP and haven't been able to do that, and I wouldn't bet on QPR being able to do the same if we played again tomorrow.
  5. We don't have anyone fit to play the Ndidi role?
  6. 3 defeats on the spin is hard to take. But (even taking the Leeds game into consideration) we have not been battered and we have that Bournemouth win in there. But we are not playing quickly enough and making it too easy for teams to park the bus against us. When we try to force things any quality seems to evade us. Quality is our big problem. We don't have anyone who can make something out of nothing at the moment. However, every club has had a sticky patch this season. The key is how well and quick you get out the other side. My biggest issue is that we are not shithousing these defeats into draws. QPR and Borough should have been games where we clawed at least one more goal back, and we should have been able to hold on against Leeds. Enzo needs this turned around and fast, but he also needs his big guns to do the same. So many heads dropped quickly yesterday. Talking about bottle jobs and weak mentality, the special award should surely go to our fans. The posters who couldn't wait until we hit a sticky patch (and they had to wait a long time this season!), the fans around me that arrived late brining in their lunches with them who seemed to have no idea how important this game was, the blokes who all left at 40 mins past to get a beer and 85 mins to watch from the concourse. And then those who just moan because they don't know how to do anything else. I came home with my voice in tatters yesterday, but from most in the ground you wouldn't have any idea that we were in a promotion battle. Effing bottlers.
  7. At the game I was convinced he was off. I can’t find a replay that I can stop at the right point, but Nelson is far too deep so you can understand why the Lino gives the benefit of the doubt to the striker and if went to VAR would have been fingertip stuff. Inexperience from Nelson there as he darts right to try and force the offside too late. QPR committed the ultimate shit housery against us so fair play to them. It’s how I would setup against us. We are in a sticky patch and we need out of it fast.
  8. Definitely Ipswich. They just don’t know how to lose at the moment.
  9. Dennis Praet, he’s made of glass Dennis Praet, he’s made of glass Blondie init.
  10. Sod this. Off for a Curry and a bottle of wine.
  11. He can take the FA cup game, or come back if the other 3 strikers don't perform. We are a better pressing outfit playing Daka, and Vardy can still be an outstanding impact sub.
  12. Daka and Vardy tomorrow. End of.
  13. This is what im thinking, and some of the better players seem to make a huge impact when they come on. If Hamza is ok after 120 mins I would start him in the inverted role, play Praet and sub Riccy. There is something about bringing on Riccy and Fatawu on 60 minutes that must be horrible to deal with for the opposition. What amazed me about Bournemouth is how much more tired they were than us.
  14. If we had those do you think people would stop leaving on 85 minutes?
  15. Surely the question should be 'is football a distraction?'. If we can convince the EFL to abandon all remaining games then we will can be promoted without having to play all these pesky games against teams who dont want to play us anyway.
  16. And beating them.
  17. Great. Presume this means the Leeds posters will be back in full force.
  18. But look at how slow they were tracking back. Wish he had just belted that.
  19. Yesterday tells me he needs to be playing regularly. 10-15 min cameos no good, as he got better the longer he played. Good loan next season, and this lad can be a player.
  20. But there are some that are more difficult than others. Man City in the final 3rd of the season - meh - not fun.
  21. Yeah but i want to go.
  22. It will just be another game for the players. Don't fret. Anyway, we know its going to be Liverpool away.
  23. You're the guy that orders the Vindaloo when going out for a curry, and then cant finish it because its too hot. Cov at home. End of! Dhansak is just fine.
