Who do you want for next season in the PL

Injuries and he's checked out mentally is what I read on their forum, I think they rate him. Haven't seen enough personally... -

O'Hare is out of contract isn't he as well so would be a good option. I did see something on their forum that's he's rumoured to be moving to Spain... -
Likewise I tried to post on the 'go on, admit you were wrong thread' (one of the most embarrassing w@nk threads this forum has seen in my time and that's saying something). Instantly disappeared.

Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast

I want you downing a whole tin of cold spaghetti hoops live on air for doubting Enzo (I had my doubts too). -
Cheers Enzo 🍻

Haha beat me to it

Not sure who's more shell shocked, Leeds United or Don Goodman.

Found that fascinating, particularly his perspective on both Rodgers and Maresca. The internet tends to dehumanise people and it was interesting hearing what Albrighton had to say about Rodgers and the obviously close relationship he had with him.

Agree. Where's the half pod lads?! And I don't want to hear trifling excuses like family commitments, work or mountaineering... -
He also said Fatawu has many areas to improve. I see that simply as his style, to help keep feet on the ground. He's been pretty level headed through the whole season. I also thought we were very wasteful in midfield at times with KDH and Ndidi both giving the ball away in promising positions. Again, that was my interpretation of his words, rather than some oblique message about needing more passes across defence. I think what is frustrating is the insistence of some fans (and this is not directed at you by the way) to put a negative spin on all things, particularly when they have a clear agenda against a playing style. Have I been happy with recent performances and results? Absolutely not. Has Enzo made some blunders? Yes I think he has. And as for off the field - bloody shambles. Rudkins sour face on my screen last night was the only negative of the 90m for me. However, at times the hysteria and comments such as 'get the bald tw@t out of my club' are just embarrassing. Maresca set us up well last night, Southampton were shite admittedly, and yet some are claiming that victory was somehow despite Maresca, that we tore up the rulebook to get the victory. I just cannot understand that thinking personally.

Just getting into the 2023 album Maps, Billy Woods and Kenny Segal. Thinking man's rap.

Brilliant isn't it? Just a shame it was never a commercial success for him.

It's very subjective I suppose. But genuinely I do think there are posters who prefer being proven right in their doom and gloom mongering to the club winning. That's what I've taken from the relentless and crushing negativity of their posts, the fact they are nowhere to be seen other than when we lose and when we do lose they are all over the forum. I do agree that for some it's just a very emotional, emotive thing and when they're up they're up and when they're down they're down. That's a bit different to constantly sniping at the club at every single opportunity.
-
There are plenty of people who jump straight into the forum for a catastrowank after any set back, just because they don't state 'I want us to lose' doesn't mean it's not pretty clear from the tone and frequency of their posts that they are taking some perverse satisfaction at the failure of a club they support.

If you like Slow Horses (and haven't already) I recommend McKinty, Sean Duffy series. Very dark humour. I've heard that his new stuff is a bit naff, but he needed commercial success which is fair enough (think he ended up driving a taxi or something!). His older books are great though.

Sorry mate but it's so very, very rare she stops talking in the day I had to take advantage of the opportunity.

Probably said it out loud in front of the mirror as well, before roaring like a tiger. -
I know very little about Spanish league football in general. What system/style do Seville play?

The weirdest thing is the same old posters who seem to revel in our defeats. With friends like these... -
