Is that a condiment?

Not a win but could score.

If Burnley fail to get promoted...Scott Parker. Nevermind goals, I'd love to see a clean sheet or two. That's hell of a defensive record for Burnley this season.

Could do with a manager that hates conceding goals. Scott Parker anyone?
-
Gareth Southgate anyone?

LCFC 0-2 Fulham, post match thread

When Soumare was on the deck Andersen gave Soumare a load of verbals - maybe telling him he'd cheated. Soumare just got up and jogged off. Wish he'd have got in Andersen's face and gave him some back. Too nice. We could do with the spirit of Walsh, Taggs, Alan Young, Mauchlen, Speedie, Elliott (probably some I've missed). Don't know how long they'd stay on the pitch nowadays though. -
He played a lovely pass in the build up to one of the goals v brighton. 👏

I get what you mean but I'm (in a light hearted way) trying to say we could do with some proper luck as in the dictionary definition: 'success or failure brought by chance rather than through one's own actions'. Like Cantona's kung fu kick back in the 90s! -

We all know we are crap. We've had some bad luck too in some matches we've drawn (e.g. Palace away) and lost and that's not excusing the overall bad play. We could do with some more then. Maybe we are due some going forward. -

Plenty of managers in the world tell their players not to do anything silly. Still happens. The human brain and all that. -

Fair enough and often correct. However, say for example an opposition player lunged in two footed and got sent off - his brain fart would arguably not really have been influenced by anyone else so, in that instance, it's hard to create that piece of luck. -

Clutching at straws but when was the last time we had a bit of luck? Like an underhit back pass, a sending off or a soft penalty in our favour. We need the monks. -

Correct. The players are probably relieved that next two games are away. -
How would you feel if Forest won the league and could it happen?
Rossiter replied to Walshy5's topic in Leicester City Forum
I don't think they'll win it but, for me, it's nice to see Chris Wood having some success. He's been moved from pillar to post. He has kept going. Seems an honest sort of player. -
Getting bored of seeing opposition players unmarked either in the box or in acres of space near the box. Seems to be a lot of ball watching going on.
-
Imo we need someone up front who is good on the ball. Don't have to be fast. Just good on the ball. Think Alan Smith, Mike Newell, David Kelly (to an extent), Tony Cottee, Kevin Phillips. Steve Claridge was fairly good on the ball. Also someone who takes a chance and anticipates things. Maybe won't score 20 goals a season but will bring other players in.

The ref is Roy Evans

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Rossiter replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Exactly right. If I was lucky enough to be a manager I would want to meet with some fans to get some feedback from a different perspective. Especially given where we are in the table. Top clubs possibly not so much need. That might be the problem...RVN has been used to a career in the stratosphere. -
Also, was it Ayew wandering back leaving the wolves man out wide on his own? That team was/is slow, ageing, lacking in physicality, without a plan, not hard working.

He can demand all he likes. He can stamp his feet like the girl in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The problem is have we actually got any money? -
Depends what the terms of his contract are.

Patched up team. Thin squad. That result not a surprise imo. -
People are free to leave when they want I guess. I'd prefer they didn't because imo the more that stay at the end the better the players may/should feel. If I was a player/manager looking at people leaving early I think I would feel a liitle bit down about it. A good relationship between fans and players generally leads to better outcomes.
