I don't really get this one. I've played a sport professionally (basketball, teen until my early 20s), 2 games a week, never once felt tired and in fact I wish we had back then 3 games a week. I was always excited for the next game and full of energy in match days with rotation minutes for me at the range of 34-37, big important games sometimes I was on the court full 40min. I understand things have changed since but I think being tired is just an excuse especially when your job is actually your hobby and you earn millions from it.

I called for 2 upfront several times here only to get a response it doesn't fit our style of play. It seems everyone including Enzo is under the impression Championship is the best league in the universe, we're facing prime Barcelonas week in week out and we can't afford being more attacking as the opponents will score 9 goals against us.

We simply can't go to the PL with this tactics and players combination. Brighton will score 10 against us and Haaland 10 of the 14 Man City goals. Enzo needs to start implementing new ideas/plans unless he was promised 15 top of the shelf signings which I find very unlikely to happen.

Enzo has overestimated the quality of this league. There's no chess in Championship where most defenders are clueless traffic cones.

Ipswich don't do anything special. They just play the ball forward and send it several times into the box knowing they don't have to deal with 4-5 Paolo Maldinis. This is why they have scored a lot of goals either OGs or deflections. When Enzo and our players were fairly criticised for playing backwards and sideways when we have acres of space to move the ball forward quickly, he got angry lecturing us.

Style, style, style. I don't care about style. I want a flexible tactical manager. If it's not working you switch things, you swap players positions. Release Mavididi from his one dimensional corner, give him more freedom. Move Justin/Pereira further up midfield with Winks and KDH in the middle. Play with 3 CBs.

The problem is that Enzo like most managers nowadays is stubborn, not open minded tactically which results in not having a proper plan B. Why not mix things up? Play a 4-3-1-2 or a 3-4-1-2 at home with Mavididi behind the 2 strikers. Put Nacho and Cannon/Vardy upfront, have Nacho helping Mavididi.

Who we could sign in January? A CM from League One or a wonderkid from Football Manager? Meanwhile even ManU don't have a proper CM. Ndidi is the main force of this team. His stats were exceptional in every department until the injury.

If our 2nd goal stood it would have been a proper 0-5 afterwards they way Leeds were playing in the 2nd half. We just need to win today and we're back in track.
