KDH had that thrown at him (by me too) yet he’s currently playing at a very high level in the PL. McCoist and Gabby were singing his praises the other morning on TS Breakfast. Page glides across the pitch, I just want him to have the confidence of RM that he’s the main main and he’ll flourish.

I’m happy to say this now, we will make more money on JJ than we ever will on Alves and Braybrooke. He is going to be a top player, just sadly with our trajectory, it won’t likely be with us.

I think it sums us up a club, people love to laugh at us/RM though. We really needed another Big Nige with the situation that we found ourself in.

Exactly this. Thomas has shown that he should be our 5th choice CB once the window has closed, with him being second fiddle to McFarlane.

I thought that he linked play much better than Cullen (low bar) but looked rusty with some heavy touches. The reality is, we’re more likely to have last seasons version than the one that ripped up League One a few years ago.

TBF, I have just had the delight of watching it back. It did take an awkward bounce into his path but you’re actually spot on. I was too kind to Cullen and everything that he does in that moment was poor. He was on his heels and that led to him not having the common sense/ability to hit it first time. From a professional footballer, he has to do better.

Not sure this moment has been spoken about enough. A combination of lazy and brain dead. From memory, he had time to get the ball under control yet he just goes full Peter Kay in that John Smirh advert.

I think Bristic has some good qualities but we will not get promoted if he’s our only recognised striker on the books. Their CB’s at times easily marshaled him off the ball and he appears to have a habit of going down very easily. I’d like to see whoever is playing in the 10, to get much closer to him though as he was an isolated figure too much for me.

We’ve dropped to 20th now. Don’t worry, we created one clear cut chance against a very poor MK Dons side and had over 70% possession 🤦🏻‍♂️

I don’t understand the personal dig but let me guess, you’ve not played football yourself much?! I dislike Cullen more than most, that wasn’t a heavy touch, that was a ball being fizzed in to him (to a player low on confidence), who should have just put his laces through it first time. The other countless chances that we created though? I’d genuinely say the next best chance in the game, was after Souttar lunged in and their cutback was shocking.

Agreed. He was saying “we” a fair bit too, which oddly grated me. He’s clearly a mate of RM’s or didn’t want to burn his bridges with the club, so false positive.

So name a chance other than Reid that would be defined as a clear cut chance. I’ll wait patiently 🤓

That fizzed to him TBF. A confident and better player, obviously does better with that chance but it was a half chance at best.

Reid missed a very good chance. Other than that, we were just shooting from distance in the main.

A very good performance today. Is he one of few left footed players who looks as comfortable with the ball on his “weaker” foot too?! Loving him and JJ as our FB’s.

There is a player in there, but he shouldn’t be keeping Alves out of the starting 11.

Is steadily becoming our biggest saleable asset isn’t he?? Early days but genuinely can’t find a fault in his game. A modern day FB, who is comfortable with the ball at his feet and can defend well in one on one situations.

Other than Reid’s chance….did we actually have a clear cut chance? All that I saw were very timid shots from outside the box.

Joseph is going to be quality for us and another club, when we inevitably have to sell him 😢

Yet, I have seen countless times that you shouldn’t say anything negative about RM until at least 10 games in. I actually hate this club more and more each season, we haven’t bottomed out yet have we?!
