I know the level below but makes you appreciate Enzo’s coaching. He was great at patterns of play and where/how your body should be to receive the ball.

Seeing how poorly we’ve been run in a simple bar chart has really hit home for me, my hatred towards the board/losing interest in a club that I didn’t know was possible. Our inflated (incorrect wage structure) is well known but seeing how much we actually pay for players in comparison to other clubs yet have such PSR issues should be called out by the media way more than it is.

To be fair, you know your club better than myself but a quick look on Wiki also shows that when you guys sold him to us it wasn’t Lage but Lopetegui in charge so clearly that’s two managers who didn’t fancy him?

I wonder if he will leave in the summer when we get relegated? I’d love to see it happen but can’t imagine many mugs paying his obscene wages (in comparison to his actual ability). He wasn’t deemed good enough for Wolves or a poor Everton two years ago.

Do we have a single player that you’d be gutted to lose? Mads and Bilal perhaps but they’re going to be moved on when we get relegated as our only sellable assets. I genuinely don’t want a single player having their contract extended as it stands and that sadly includes Vardy.

He’s sadly out of his depth but joined a circus of a club. Our Summer transfer window confirmed our fate (I include Cooper’s appointment in that) but we then likely made the wrong choice in Ruud too.

Can’t think of a more unlikeable player for years and we’ve had a fair few. Ruud dropped him like a stone when first came but then brought him back in….sort it out Ruud!

He should have been thanked for last season and said that we hadn’t forgotten how 5hit he was in the PL, the league we signed him for. He can ping a ball but a CB that can’t defend is a waste of space and we’re stuck with him even when relegated as no one would be stupid enough to offer him any thing close to what we’re paying the lump.

Come on now, we went down the PL experience route as Cooper seemed to be obsessed with. I said it then and will say it now, should have raided the Championship if wanted players without a fear of taking to English football by were too snobby for that. Also, Fulham clearly didn’t offer anywhere close from a financial perspective so don’t think you can compare…Reid who can’t run will be here in 2027.

So the media reports aren’t reliable as doesn’t suit your agenda? Name another club that picks up Reid and Ayew in the summer? No way another PL club touches one let alone both.

I’m sorry but that’s one of the worst takes I’ve read on here in ages. Experience for wingers is the LAST thing you need, it’s about having pace/guile etc or might as well asked Sharky to stay on for a season. Neither Reid or Ayew can run and that’s unforgivable when already lacking in talent across the squad. Skipp was an expense that we couldn’t justify and you’ve also missed out on the alleged £13m we’ve paid in loan fee and wages for Edouard.

The sad state of affairs is that 99% on here called it when first heard us being linked to him. It was so painfully obvious what we’d get from him.

I can’t think of an example of how NOT to defend as a team and then you scroll down and see the next video. Winks, Bouba, Faes and Jannik are beyond pathetic for ALL three goals. Winks at one stage for their second and third doesn’t even look over his shoulder to see what’s happening. Drain the swamp!!

It gets worse every time that I see it. Bouba makes himself as small as possible when needs to challenge for the ball, Jannik is flat footed and no one spots any danger, VK is looking right at Doucoure. Sunday league levels of defending.

Sad but so true! Will always be the GOAT but there is a reason you don’t see many (if any) 38 year old strikers playing in the PL.

I’ve said it on here and had laughing emojis but he has been our best CM because how bad we are rather than he’s made some heroic comeback as a PL quality CM.

All of this squad are a bunch of heinous and weak minded to55ers. 2-0 down in 6 minutes to a bang average but organised Everton sums us up.

I’m a bit impressed by your blind loyalty to Cooper but out of curiosity, let’s say Cooper stayed and had the same injuries - how do you think he would have fared? That’s without taking intro account the players clearly weren’t having him, I don’t believe for one second that they hold up “We miss you Enzo” signs under Ruud.

Also worth noting that Cooper didn’t have the same injury issues of key players. Ruud might be just as bad as Cooper but his higher standards will only help put light on our awful and stale board. Cooper would have bemoaned the referees/lack of “PL experience” rather than call out the standards of the club. Never known a manager to have such a passive and meek personality, in the world of elite sports it seemed so out of place.

What is refreshing is for the next week or so the posters who made Cooper out as a superior coach will be quieter. That surely was our biggest scalp of the season in terms of “teams we wouldn’t expect to beat”, I know they had their injury problems etc but a professional performance and loved the dark arts shown.

It’s what winds me up about our awful Summer transfer window. Buying experience didn’t make sense but it was even more baffling for positions like wingers, it’s almost a requirement at any level for wingers to be quick not 33 and 31 🤮

I can’t keep up with 15 or so pages form today BUT would love to know if it’s been brought up that the players seem to not like Ruud’s more blunt/direct communication nor did they like Cooper’s “empowered to do your own stuff” style. The players in a nut shell are absolute twonks.
