  1. Faes is a bang average footballer with the mentality weakness of a chocolate teapot. I’m not going to get all giddy about his run against Preston as others said, against an interested/more drilled side that turns into an opportunity 9/10 for the opposition. I’m not that old school that believe defenders just defend but if had to solely rate his defensive attributes, for all parties; I hope that we don’t see him play for us in the PL.
  2. All this talk about Enzo winning but where’s his Gucci belt? 😜
  3. Surprised more hasn’t been said about his celebrating last night. For a more seasoned pro, how much he let himself go and enjoy the moment sums up how quickly he clearly feels at home/respected here. He definitely suffered from no alternatives with his dip in form earlier but was quality last night….well done Winksy.
  4. I kinda see your sentiment and not calling you out on it but I’d suggest enjoying the moment mate.
  5. Ok, let’s forget about his individual errors over the past couple of months then 🙄
  6. All about supply and demand BUT surely if we sell him in the summer, we’d get more than a million for him?
  7. That didn’t come off for Coady but an observation with him in his recent cameos…..he loves a quick, direct ball for Vards to run onto doesn’t he?
  8. Another top episode @Ric Flair I’m guessing you lads missed him as it’s the most obvious outcome but none of you mentioned Sharky’s contract expiring.
  9. We’re never going back in for him but he would dramatically improve our CB choices.
  10. Whilst I was desperate for us for get out of the Championship, I will miss the competitiveness and craziness of a lot of the matches. I won’t lie, will probably go back to not watching much but as others have said, the last few weeks of TV matches have been a great advert for football and the league.
  11. The issue isn’t what we have paid Vardy though mate, he’s undeniably our GOAT. It’s the dross that we’ve overpaid in 90% of most cases. We ripped up the model that got us success (buy cheap, unproven youngsters with an ability to resale) for expensive/overpaid dross that we can’t move on. I’m fully aware of Brighton’s below average season but take them as an example, clear wage structure with Dunk (academy player turned captain) being handsomely rewarded for his commitment to the cause. Whilst their 30m summer signing of Pedro (who has since been capped by Brazil) is allegedly on less than 60k p/w or as we call it in Leicester, Hamza money 🤷🏻‍♂️ Hindsight is a beautiful thing but our mismanagement had so many holes in it, where was the motivation to improve for such a high % of our new signings? Madders and Fofana getting new deals based on their performance with us made complete sense, signing Perez on an alleged 90k p/w definitely didn’t.
  12. You might be right but on here it gets quoted that we can’t move a lot of players on because they’re on too much. Kasey and Wanya surely wouldn’t be, it’s pure profit and I genuinely other clubs who seem to get top dollar for their academy/squad players. Kasey surely did himself no harm in his purple patch for suitors?
  13. I’d genuinely look at selling McAteer and Wanya if got a nice little wedge as would be 100% profit and don’t think they’re to the standard we want to be.
  14. A much needed achievement for the club we all love. Soaking the feeling in before reality of what’s looming from a PSR perspective.
  15. As others have said I’d take -6 if given before a ball is kicked and know what the charges are. I also wouldn’t be against us being the first club to have to remove our DoF as an additional penalty too? 👀
  16. The pundits could say we got promoted because of Jon Rudkin for all I care 😜
  17. You know I absolutely love your posts mate but sometimes, it’s ok to not be 100% positive about the manager/club. The posts about Enzo’s post match comments “not our best performance” and “would have liked to have kept the ball more in certain areas” are PTSD for us fans that still have images of the poisonous Rodgers. I hope that our blip (was nearly a quarter of a season in a league that our club shouldn’t have been in) will be learnt from by Enzo and he doesn’t become another stubborn manager like Rodgers. Here’s to enjoying the football though 🙌🏻
  18. Other than being that guy….what’s the point in bringing this up right now? Even the most Enzo loving fans would acknowledge he was more flexible with his obsession with possession etc tonight….something that has probably caused a few fans to question him during our recent very poor run.
  19. 35% possession yet had 4 “clear cut chances”. Scoring 5 from 6 on target too. Those numbers are almost the opposite our passive/limp recent away performances.
  20. Credit to Enzo, tonight has been one of our best performances since he took over. A key difference, how quickly we play the ball forward.
  21. Enzo you stubborn mule….acknowledge the change of impetus in the match and make some changes 🤬
  22. I’m really not sure about Stephy. Even was Fatawu is having an off day, he tracks back and leaves everything on the pitch.
  23. Wake up Leicester FFS. What does Enzo say/do to the players at HT they always look half asleep after the restart.
  24. This start is almost identical to Plymouth….a lot of the ball but no real openings. No school boy errors, I’m looking at you Faes you twat.
  25. It was chaotic and in Enzo’s words a “basketball match” but it’s the business end of the season so it’s all about points over results. My concerns over Enzo’s stubbornness and lack of utilising the squad still remain but have to give him credit for including Coady and Vardy over Daka (but would have preferred Cannon being the Vardy sub). Getting promoted is our objective for now though.
