I think Kel will get offers later in the window, maybe even after it as he's a free agent. Clubs might lose players they don't currently expect to, or move some on and present opportunities. Newcastle for example are open to letting Wilson go. Kel might be a decent replacement as he goes in as cover for Isak. Especially as they have PSR concerns.
