This sums it up for me. The jogging back with a complete lack of situational awareness is beyond infuriating every week and the odd driving run isn't enough to balance the defensive harm he does. Having said that I do think he was trying his best today and he even won the ball back a couple of times so fair one today.

He's actually better than Mads at commanding the box, sublime shot stopper. Distribution a bit blunderbuss but quite enjoy that. Went above the call of duty today and has to take a lot of credit for the cleansheet.

Have to say on first impressions I quite like the new manager. He hasn't been afraid to drop players with the wrong attitude or to make in game changes. Thinking faes and winks on the bench. Bilal rested today. Skipp pulled at half time last week. Also really enjoyed he seemed to play a pretty committed starting 11 today. Was also pleasantly suprised to see Monga and Page start and that really got me behind the lads today after the lacklustre effort last week. Masterstroke to get the fans on board after last week. It must be an absolute shambles behind the scenes with so many players leaving etc and I think credit where it's due he has made all the right calls so far. Can't wait for the transfer window to close to see what he can do with a settled a squad. Has he even been around a month. So refreshing after RVN even if the performances have millions of things to improve on. Reserve full judgment untill a few games after the window closes but overall find him likeable and refreshing.

Monga was being kicked to death throughout but held his own bit quiet. The youngsters held their own on the whole which is to be commended but their weren't many highlights. Defended well. Thought it was brave of marti to be honest and says a lot about him.

I hope Ricardo starts his professionalism will hopefully avoid the debacle of at least week. Up for throwing the youngsters in a la Pearson. The toxic ones to be left out the squad. Yeah reading through it seems from 2021 our recruitment became really poor the 2021/2022 year was particularly bad and we blew the budget on duds and never seem to have recovered. The next year we sold Wesley Fofanna but only paid out faes and soutar who neither were good enough. Now we can't shift the dross and we've had to sell the quality through being relegated / psr issues. One bad transfer window under Bodgers ruined is. Thats an interesting point. It was really bad to watch wasn't it and Winks is being toxic. So he should literally freeze out players with a bad attitude or who want out and use the youth. Would pretty much write off promotion but perhaps the rebuild needs to start drastically. Soumare was loaned out promotion season.

Absolutely shocked to be honest at today's performance. Our team isn't Premier league quality but man for man based on performances we have seen these players make - Thinking promotion season for most of them, today was utterly bizzare. We looked ok in pre-season, you could see the patterns of play and style marti was trying to impress on the team. Seems the dressing room is rotten. Too much uncertainty around transfer activity. Players wanting out but not getting transfers. Some players maybe off (Justin, bilal). A team of poor players united with a good manager can better than the sum of the individual parts. Are we the opposite? Winks looking thoroughly miserable. After having Enzo who was clearly top top top material do they now disrespect every manager? Whats happening in the dressing room and how does marti fix it?

Yeah he can't be accused of being stubborn which is refreshing. Hopefully the end of the transfer window will calm the squad and focus minds on those that are left.
