Palace are playing some decent football here. They're definitely better than us, saints, ipswich and Wolves.
-
Palace scored. 1-1
-
They've already got two 0-9's to their name, beating Derby's record would complete the holy trinity of humiliation.
-
Nah, Everton's never getting relegated. Their ability to stay up defies the laws of physics.
-
Looks like my lad after I've battered him in a game of Fifa.
-
I hope this is the beginning of the end of tippy tappy footy.
-
Definitely sounds that way to me. Worryingly though, he doesn't seem convinced that Jakub is 100% fit yet. So where does that leave us if Mads isn't match-ready by Sunday?
-
Is that the third manager now who doesn't rate Iversen? Lets just be honest here, he must be quite shit.

I can't see him being offered anywhere near that level of salary. League One's average wage sits around £7k (he's not getting Championship offers imo). His credentials might outshine most players at that level, but any League One club considering making him one of their top earners would surely do their homework first. This isn't Saudi Arabia where money's thrown about carelessly. I've watched a fair bit of League one (dad's side of the family are big Peterborough fans), I honestly don't think he's even up to that standard either.

I disagree with this. He’s got a family to take care of, and clearly he's not bothered about playing either. Last season he was on £40k/week, now it’s £50k/week. Realistically, the offers he’d get would be from League One or lower, and these clubs wouldn't be offering him much more than £5k/week. Would you take a 10x pay cut at this or - any stage - of your career? The only goalkeeper that comes to mind who accepted a significantly lower wage is Kasper Schmeichel, signing for Anderlecht on €5k/week purely because he wanted to keep playing football. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/23862911/kasper-schmeichel-salary-anderlecht-leicester-wages/

Definitely would love to see Spurs lose this even if it meant Saints got 3 pts, it's not even close
-
Unfortunately for their fans they usually completely capitulate in these situations.
-
Commentator: It looks like supporters in some sections are leaving already after 14 min. Wow.
-
Omg I feel for Saints fans... Why do they persist with Russell Martin?? It's suicide-ball. They'd be better off with Cooper.
-
Already got hostile in my own living room yesterday, my young lad was absolutely fuming, shouting all sorts. Had to explain to his mother to let it slide - Danny Ward had come on and shipped two goals in as many minutes.
-
You could argue that, but they were coming at us just as much in the first half. The defence completely capitulated the moment Ward was subbed in, it was like instant deja vu back to the 22/23 season.
-
And that's with Mads behind them saving their arses. Imagine how it would look if it were Ward.
-
Hopefully Ben Dawson.
