I thought it was a fair tactic, goalkeeper taking a long free kick. All the opposition players retreated to defend, kristiansen stayed back. Free kick comes in and we have a chance to get the ball in a dangerous position. It looks like the main objective is to either keep the ball, win any second balls from defensive headers. Kristiansen knocks the ball to the opposite wing quickly to stretch the defence. If the opposition don’t have have a quick outlet if they get possession, then we aren’t in a terrible position. It looked like Bournemouth were only thinking defensively for these free kicks but could have changed if we had done more of it, so only doing it the couple of times we did, was I believe a good tactic. If the tactic was to just hoof it goalward and hope something happens, then it’s probably a bit short sighted.

Honestly feel like, if there was a window outside the stadium where fans could queue and scream at cooper, how winnable the game was, he’d still feel justified to play cautiously.

Big game today and a chance to put some points between us and the relegation zone. Single tickets are available on general sale but I’m not that tempted to go on my own to be honest. Would be very on brand to beat Bournemouth then lose to Southampton and Ipswich. I do also agree that Bournemouth are very capable of putting 3 past us today. Another depressing Saturday but at least we have tickets to the comedy later tonight. 4-3 Leicester with the right set up. Vardy hat trick and red bull is sold out in leicester by 7pm tonight.

It makes me not care too much sometimes that I can’t get a ticket when I see people leaving early on TV, and a bit jealous of the atmosphere in other stadium. Although not jealous of Chelsea fans booing their own players…
