Group H: Spain, Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay

Based on previous World Cups since 2010 the likely result is Spain will win 1 game at this World Cup. -
Could be more than 1 club who really want him at the end of his World Cup, so might not go for an absolute pittance. If it wasn’t for the World Cup then i’d predict he would leave us in the January window for a half decent fee, if we keep Seagrave and he wanted somewhere nice to ease back into a hopefully a good few more years as a player. I'm loving the amount times Leicester city has been mentioned in the coverage so far in this match (watching on In Demand)

On past performances and goals for them, he’s one of those players that probably gets picked for Australia if he’s fit, even if he’s not playing at club level. Immense. I’ll watch the match in a bit. Late night last night so I haven’t watched it

I’m waiting for Martin Keown to be revealed as head coach and then storming out of the interview when no one remembers he used to play for us.

Guaranteed game time? The only thing guaranteed at this club is a player will commit highly praised and sought after by the manager, who will then give him exactly zero minutes on the pitch and deny ever talking him up. Lol

Franks got a grudge against Chris Sievey from Timperley Sports Club in our second match, after he tried to take his head off in a high tackle. Labi darīts, viņam ir trīspadsmit

I thought that was Ipswich -
He was our best player and carried the team for a period of time before it all turned to shite, I think he was undeserved of the reputation for not putting a shift in near the relegation.

Horrible junction. Busy main road cut village in half. 50mph speed limit all the way from Lutterworth to Blaby now.

Play off final may be delayed…

Probably see a fair few Leicester shirts around Skegness and Mablethorpe in the summer months

So, I saw this sort of idea on the Half Man Half Biscuit forum a long time ago and think it might work. It probably won’t work for lots of reasons. This is a poll for the “most Leicester City FC moment”, as in the moment you think sums up leicester in a nut shell. the HMHB one was an annual knockout vote thing, probably each one only open for 24 hrs. And there’s a lot of moments that could be chosen. my solution is to have a rolling set of polls. Only one can be started (by anybody) per day/24 hrs. The poll lasts 7 days to give people a decent chance to vote as every particular vote match up can only happen once. each time a “moment” wins a poll, it gets a increase in the increment number next to it for how many wins it has. each “moment” can only face off against another “moment” that has the same number of wins. so it’s essentially a knockout tournament that can be entered at any time, but if a “moment” loses it can still face off against another “moment” with zero wins. I will likely not check back into the forum regularly or make another poll for a while. this is meant to be a fun thing, so play nice.

Vardy was 100% world class while he played for us, no question he gets picked or considered for any international team at the time. unfortunately apparently he was carrying an injury every time he got a chance to join England at a tournament. If we had an England manager who built a team around his abilities then England would have been a different beast. It’s pretty easy to think Kane and Vardy could have played in the same team. Kane positions closer to the midfield and can have a crack at goal from further out, whilst Vardy is always ready to make a run for a through ball. The Defense has two big goal threats to deal with, coming from different angles and positions.

Leicester - 3 relegations in 4 seasons. Ipswich - 3 promotions in 4 seasons. Leicester - >1 manager/season Ipswich - 1 manager for 4 seasons ”Oh, what a night”

Are we still appealing the 6 points deduction? asking for a friend…

An unfit Souttar getting the odd chance or Ayew holding the ball up? Your choice…

Have you considered stewarding?

I’ve sat at the front of C1 a couple of times this season and there was a few vocal supporters there who are King Power out and sound like they’ll be there next season

Driving past the City Ground to play our new local rivals Mansfield!

lol, please everyone stop saying the Maresca was stopping the rot or whatever. The rot started with the contracts handed out after the title winning season, morally it was right and good thing to do but from a business sense it committing to financially back those players from our own pot instead of letting them move on if the right offer had come in for the individual player to continue to flourish elsewhere whilst we could back our recruitment department to strengthen our squad with the funds they brought in. It’s been subsequently proven we don’t have the funds to of some other clubs to let players kick their heels in the reserves when they don’t work out. Winning the championship under Maresca was done whilst breaking the rules for which we were later punished. Previously when there was problems, it felt like changes could be made before the rot made us drop too low, now there appears to be no plan in place for more than the optimal planned outcome of this season.

If you’re going to rely on experienced players then maybe you need to look at their recent experiences before deciding to play them.
