What this clubs needs now is stability. I really like the idea of Rohl or Rosnier, however, Dyche does bring us safety for a number of reasons. As much as you hate to say it he could be exactly what the club need. No he's not gonna get beautiful football or a top half prem finishes ( if we made it the following season). He's got good experience in both championship and premier League. Moyes has transformed Everton but let's not forget they weren't getting relegated before he replaced Dyche.

I like the idea of having Rohl. Sheffield Wednesday were as good as gone when he took over, and with appalling Wednesday owners he managed to save them in style and now make them a mid table championship team. He'd be ideal for us working with what he's got more than choosing what he wants, as unfortunately I think our board will remain brain dead for this summer transfer business

I agree with that. I think with the right manager we will have a top 6 minimum season in the championship. Ideally top 2. Skipp for me has a lot of potential, great pace and tenacity which is precisely what we need. He just needs the right manager ( we all do lol)

Yep definitely. The pain for me has already been and gone about relegation now. How Ruud put Ward in goal still baffles me to this day. Just hoping that the board make a smart manager move early in the summer and recruit/sell smartly.
