Why wouldn’t you appeal a sanction that you felt was unfair having been found guilty? Who on here wouldn’t appeal a custodial sentence in the criminal courts if you felt it was unduly hefty for a first offence? I think Rudkin is scared of strong characters and as quoted in the article we appointed Ciifuentes when Wilder had said that he would come in and shake things up!
