The most important factor at the end is, who did we buy to replace him? JJ was one of our worst players in 24/25, HOWEVER the club has shown that it doesn't adequately replace players. Luke Thomas makes JJ look like Kyle Walker. Thats the problem, we didn't buy a left back. I'm all for getting crap players out, but we MUST replace them instead of just thinning out the squad.

The reason why its a problem now is because the club didn't invest that money in a new fullback. Instead we're stuck with Luke Thomas. The club is not interested in re-investing.

If he gets sacked and we have an interim like Andy King in charge for a Quarter Final or Semi Final, I'm all on board. Its just that I can't feel anything with Cifuentes at the helm.
