I think the club goes with whatever they think deflects from the board. Vardy will be here next year no doubt.

LCFC Men Season Tickets: Price Freeze & Safe Standing Confirmed
kenny replied to jammie82uk's topic in Leicester City Forum
Its probably a sign that its dawning on the the board that season ticket sales are going to be down. I was surprised at how full the ground was against Man Utd, but then thats probably re-sold season tickets and it makes you wonder if the club has realised that won't work against Cardiff or Plymouth on a Tuesday. They could easily be looking at 25k crowds next year. -
We could give them Scotland?
-
I also have a passing interest. What's important is that blaby is left in the county.
-
They also pump in cash, quite a lot each year, most of which is to cover their mistakes. I don't have any issues with their ambition for the club, seagrave and the plans for stadium show that. Just the pesky competence issue.
-
I think the board do have the ambition of being a top 6 club, that has been the case since they bought it. Unfortunately their lack of competence is hampering that ambition.

Had a look of Danny Ward in a 1 v 1.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

If we are down and that is an accepted fact then we should be planning for next season and starting to give minutes to players that will be here. This would include: Skipp - 8th most expensive signing... Monga Evans Thomas Okoli Coulibaly Braybrook Stolarcyzk Golding McAteer Cartwright Might as well give up on Buonanotte Kristiansen Soumare If he doesn't want to help the club develop the players ready for next year then he may as well be placed on gardening leave now and let the coaching team take over with the emphasis on the Championship players. -
The Championship isn't a major trophy to clubs in the Championship?

Kp do spend money. Its just spent on shit. If they recognise this and appoint the proper people then their other failings can be over-looked for me.

Im not in UFS but the shout to remove your name from the donation list was very valid! Big shout out to @Nods post.

The top ambitions, amateur decisions is classy and witty. It gets the point over. For me, I would be delighted if top realises that it's a mess currently and King Power stay but put decent people in charge of the club that will offer insight, direction and stability. I don't like how KP are treating the fans at present. But that aside, they are pumping money into the club by spending on dross. As a fanbase, we can't complain about the amount spent but more that it's largely wasted. Finally, there are still many that may be disgruntled but still think of KP as it was under Vichai. There is no point alienating those.

City of Leicester & Leicestershire - The Good and Historical Stuff

That is working electric tram in the centre of Leicester. Something our Mayor describes as "simply not feasible to set-up in Leicester". On the positive side, another £100m for cycle lanes can be found! -
Have you seen the Tesla fraud story in Canada? https://www.yahoo.com/news/teslas-being-accused-something-unbelievably-191217748.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAACUMo3kcGX6aAIdtHsmCfJSBBwlbHXuE5fhjiqoKMBIt6ARrxJDxuM6jpnpciNvQU4MgSzx15BV1fgqJxU0vgBr4Y1eIAJpLvkVZakfTNaTI45I_7y4TeYr5VLyXmAx3RWqW1f-7ToJkBhX5dLCwEx9AuPcOf5uDOQPAGT-90VpK

I have said before that if he is a threat to national security then the CIA will sort it.

And Canada. It's going to be the best American state and it keeps it's own anthem.

Probably because the regulations bought in in recent years have placed more consideration to BNG and that has made development very difficult, which I doubt was the plan. What it would have done was forced development onto brownfield sites with low biodiversity rather than ripping up the countryside which is a finite resource. Labour are ripping up the rulebook at the moment which is no bad thing. On this though, it encourages poor urban sprawl rather than sustainable design.
-
Volume house builders perhaps. Though they will only build out if people are buying. Crap for the environment, sustainable communities and food security though. It also doesn't help to improve our cities or urban design. Were it a Tory government, it would be described as deregulation, bad for environment and pandering to big businesses.
-
Im not convinced at all by that. I can't see it will make any difference except to increase urban sprawl and the reliance on cars. Halving the housing targets in cities is criminal and isn't getting called out enough. My guess is there will be less homes built in this 5 year parliament than the last one and there will be a higher proportion built in the car reliant countryside areas.

We can't produce 'regular' steel cheaply enough in the UK which is made worse by our net-zero targets. So we import the bulk of what we use from China and effectively 'offshore' our carbon. In order to keep our industry going we specialise in very high quality steel such as that used in high speed railway lines or for specialist manufacturing. In effect doing what we should do, which is high quality specialist production rather than the bulk stuff where we can't compete on cost.

Ukraine are claiming otherwise?
-
His long passing is decent. But vesty calmness and short range passing is much better than any other defender. I suspect he will be starting for us in the championship where we will have most of the ball.
-
If he wants to say that then he will regardless of what Ukraine does.
