Yes he's done well and basically just instilled a more simple and clear tactical plan. We look more compact and can keep better control of things defensively without hurting us when going forwards. Bigger challenges still to come but a positive first couple of weeks. We've got one incoming CB already from Reims and we're looking for another still and possibly a LB too.
It's sadly what's happening throughout the Premier League nowadays. Top flight football will eat itself before it treats the fans with any sort of reverence or respect.

I've loved it for a few years now and have watched it through a couple of times. All about OAPs in a scummy Glasgow suburb, played by younger actors. A few big named Scottish actors guest on it too like Robbie Coltrane. It's great fun.
I miss going to the pub on a Saturday night with my old man, and later in the night the seafood guy would walk in with his big hamper strapped over his shoulders, and I'd have a little pot of prawns with some vinegar.
