Several dark mutterings about likely phone calls from the Club asking (?) for this thread to be shut down. Can one of the senior mods come on here, hand on heart and say publicly and definitively whether this has actually happened in the past? Not talking about hearsay or rumours from other people, but a simple statement of truth from someone senior in the Foxestalk hierachy.

Even Trump's Director of Comms. appears publicly and is obviously therefore named. It goes with the territory and the no doubt generous wage and benefits package. If he wanted to remain anonymous he should get a job as a copywriter.

Can we ask the Club who suggested this be shown, and who sanctioned it as being acceptable?

I think most would see that situation as an attempt to help a desperate Sheff. Wed survive, rather than the EPL treating us with contempt.

I support my Club, because they're my Club, (and have done for most of my 79yrs on this earth), not because they've won the Prem., or the FA Cup, and had a few golden years at or near the top of pyramid. I don'r and won't stop supporting them because of poor decisions and board level, nor will I post vitriolic abuse at the management or players which can only effect moral at the Club negatively. Anybody who sneeringly refers to fans who support the Club through thick and thin as "happy clappers" is a part of the problem, and certainly not part of the solution.
