  1. Bilal is going to get better and better if he keeps getting the game time under Ruud. Talent.
  2. Soumare has been better than Ndidi, I’ll give you that, but he’s still been poor. Neither are good enough to be relied on in that position. They’re way off it in fact. We are playing with two defensive midfielders, yet there is zero protection for the back line. West Ham are 14th and we’re at home. They have battered us.
  3. If he’s fit he’d be a massive improvement!
  4. Skipp is surely better than Ndidi? It’s like playing with 10 men when he plays that position. We look a lot better with Vestergaard in there though. He’s our best CB of the current crop.
  5. Ndidi and Soumare starting in the middle? McAteer over Mavididi? …can someone get the Ruud out thread started early? Although he has dropped Faes so I take it all back! Legend!
  6. Got to spread those referral links about! One of many 'side hustles'
  7. Great to have around the place. Just not on the pitch, ideally.
  8. Kristiansen has been so bad this season that it barely matters who we play there - Can’t be much worse!
  9. Sold!? He barely had any suitors on a free We are stuck with him.
  10. I couldn’t believe we gave him a 3 year deal, but most on here seemed over the moon with it. He’s terrible at the level.
  11. He’s been shit since the day he signed. None of this is new. It’s genuinely unbelievable he’s still starting at this level.
  12. We seem to be really good at keeping things under wraps nowadays. You don't hear many rumours and they only seem to release info on their terms. One of the (very few) positives of the club.
  13. That was my take too. A few of the players taking the piss out of one who was especially close to Enzo. Winks would be a good guess!
  14. The opinion of Jamie Vardy as well. He might be one of the worst judges of character in history!
  15. Still very young and lots to learn. …. but I already prefer him to Wout. Comfortably.
  16. Yeah, ‘OK’ is probably how I’d describe his performances too. Why would I give credit for OK performances? I don’t think he played ‘well’ today…I’ll stand by that. We really need to have higher standards.
  17. We are as bad as I’ve ever seen us in the Premier League. It’s just a case of when he goes now. He won’t turn this around.
  18. He wasn’t terrible, but saying he played well is a bit of a stretch!
  19. I’ve said it many times before, but I can’t wait for the day he leaves. Just absolutely awful.
  20. This is the main worry with injuries like this. Especially with players who rely on their explosiveness.
  21. True. A few bright lights coming out of the academy as well. Aside from that though...not great!
  22. Not too many positives around the club at the moment. It's pretty miserable.
  23. Almost seems a waste of time even turning up for this one...
  24. 'Mona Fartlek' is good one to try for anyone who has been running for a bit, but new to intervals. 20 minutes overall including the recoveries so it's pretty low volume. 2 x 90s 4 x 60s 4 x 30s 4 x 15s Recovery is always the same as the rep, so 90s for the 90s etc etc. You are supposed to run the recoveries as fast as you can possibly recover at, so it's more of a float. Record the distance you cover over the 20 minute minute period so you have a benchmark to aim for next time. I'm sure Steve Monegehtti who it's named after wasn't far of hitting 4.5 miles, so there's your target!
  25. I have started doing intervals and threshold work recently after a few years of just running easy/steady. Forgot how much it hurts!
