Worrying that reform are gathering significant financial backers - Nick Candy the latest

Agreed - what a distressing case.

If you want to pick up 3 words out the whole post and change the context. Must be something better to do in your retirement!

Doesn't help when ST prices are still relatively cheap - picking up a season ticket for £450 in the Premier League is still good value, if they were £800 people would think twice about 'keeping them incase you can't get it back''

I said you should praise him for good decisions alongside criticism for the bad, not sure whats so wild about that? I said it was the right decision to axe Cooper, was it not then? Are you saying we shouldn't of sacked him?
-
I didn’t say credit. Point being if you make a daft mistake, a bigger mistake is not to rectify it quickly. He could have quite easily dithered until after Xmas or beyond. Second part of my post was saying he doesn’t have any credit in the bank atm. Finally, quite likely Cooper was a realistic option with the PSR situation before the successful appeal.
-
He made the right decision axing Cooper quicker than expected (not sure if it was HIS or Tops) but if we are to criticise for every football decision he has made in the past we should praise for the good ones. RvN looks like a masterstroke so far, not sure anyone on this forum will see credit in the bank until we are safe from R and sign some quality over the next 2 windows. Jan could be interesting.

I think you’re looking to break the system - best of luck to you! A good agent is worth their money but they are few and far between - I’m in agreement there
-
We didn’t have anyone round unless they had sold - otherwise we were looking at 2/3 viewings a week which is a pain with a child and a dog. There are a lot of tyre kickers out there in a tricky market. you could sell and rent for a year or until you find something, money in the bank ready to go and you’d be very attractive to a seller.
-
Until you make it less attractive to come here vs other european countries this is just a photo op. The financial incentives on offer here clearly outstrip other european countries which is why people are forking out thousands to get on a boat.

Be very easy for the club to rename one of the blocks JV9 from next season, I'm sure no-one is bothered by the current referencing system. Such an award isn't reflective of his achievements but it's a start.

Don't forget the big Union Jack pics

Less than what we paid and we could send Golding back the same way.

Things You Wish You'd Never Have To See Or Hear Again

Re the cinema there are probably 100 people in a showing with parking outside the door, not 30,000 - daft comparison. Don’t use the term Mongie either, unless you think offending disabled people is fun.

This is the issue, you’ve said in a nutshell that it’s “everyone else’s right to think that doing so makes you a bellend” and that’s not the opinion of everyone, I stay til then end but I don’t look around and think everyone’s a bellend that leaves early? I couldn’t give a toss. Here’s a really simple scenario - what if a fan has an elderly wife, that has dementia and has a carer available to be around to cover the game, leaving 5 mins early means they get home to their sick elderly wife 30 mins early - they still get to watch 95% of the team they love every other week and it’s the only opportunity they get to go out the house. People have other stuff going on, so what. If they want to go home to see Songs of Praise or strictly it’s their choice - it’s not that bigger deal.

I think he will next game -
I just don’t understand why people get their knickers in a twist about it - do what you want to do in life, if that means staying til the end great, leaving early, so? We aren’t in China or North Korea, this is also a sport not life and death. You can never control what others do - work, personal life or otherwise. Just enjoy what you want to do and not project onto others what you think they should be doing, it’s not worth the blood pressure increase.

He’s probably coaching the U8’s or something!
