  1. It's in the West Ham thread
  2. Gregg Wallace makes statement after being told by his advisors to make a statement. Doubt he's sorry at all.
  3. Need to get home for bed rather than Strictly Come Dancing
  4. I think Greg Wallace clearly in the wrong here but not sure how you can link his profession with having a moral compass that's a bit off. Granted there are billions of people that are starving but thats a wider problem than food journalism or the industry itself. Have you ever returned a plate of food at a restaurant or indulged in something above the poverty line for example watching millionaire footballers owned by billionaire owners whilst other people in 3rd world countries have jumpers for goalposts. You could put Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver etc in the same bracket - doesn't mean they grope or sexualise women. I think that's down to something different to seasoning or thickness of a Jus.
  5. How does reporting it as full affect PSR?
  6. He know's he's in the wrong, but instead of leaving it to his legal team or PR rep he's gone rogue and made it worse, doubled down - using terms like ''middle class women of a certain age'' - he's a middle class man of a certain age for starters.
  7. Halfwits who attempt to drive through flood water when its clearly too deep. They usually don't have a suitable car or just go too fast in the hope they'll get to the other side quicker, but instead flood their engine and sit there perplexed when the cars engine comes to a standstill.
  8. The Major Manwell O’Reilly
  9. Someone needs to paint a horse box in Dutch colours and slap it outside the Kop - call it “Food Van Nistelrooy” and serve up some delicious Stroopwaffels.
  10. Can we get a poll going for when the first poster calls for his head? I’m going West Ham after a 0-2 humbling!
  11. I agree it's a proper weird one - to resign now after something so minor 13 years ago, who cares? I think she was out her depth and this was something agreed to force it through, I think just replacing her would of been bad press so she's mutually resigned based on something that happened 13 years ago. It's how these things work. If she was that bothered she would of resigned completely as an MP - which kind of backs up this theory. If it was such a big ''issue'' she shouldn't of been appointed to a ministerial role anyway.
  12. Correct, you and I probably wouldn't be in touch either if Billionaires. What they could do is be smart and realise their main source of income isn't ticket sales and won't make a difference - go and find a new sponsor or commercial deal and leave ticket prices where they are.
  13. New british billionaire minority interest having an impact already.
  14. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx28w01pp02o Think there's more tea to spill on this one, doesn't look right to me.
  15. Is that a Garden Centre
  16. Can anyone recommend a place to buy a real Xmas tree? South Leics preferred.
  17. Hopefully we adopt the famous Ruuuuud Van Nistelrooy Tra-la la la la la song
  18. We need two fit ones at once for that to happen!
  19. Cheers
  20. And for balance most of the papers to be honest.
  21. I thought John Percy was reliable? Have I missed something…
  22. We’ve all been critical over lack of stories or communication from the hierarchy over the past few seasons and when it looks like Top’s grown a pair, and it’s been leaked, we aren’t sure about the authenticity. I thought Percy was the ITK journo or his name mud now? Whilst it’s not any clear comms or dialogue from Top to the fans he’s done a couple of good things the past week - sacked Cooper and bollocked the players, can he make it a perfect hat trick and give Rudkin the boot!
  23. I’ve found plenty of deals - my point is if I re contract now is it property specific - or can I move the broadband contract when I move house
  24. I saw the customer complaints gag directed at Reeves which was funny. I think her point re GE is just PMQ jibing, nobody actually thinks it would seriously happen.
  25. Daft question but my BT contract has come to an end, noticed it gone up about 20 quid a month so its now £50 odd, if I'm moving house should I ait to recontract or can you port it to a new address? Anyone used sky full fibre 500, if so, quick?
