  1. Probably by Forest and Everton fans, Liverpool hate us too for other reasons. Apart from that no-one else will probably care. Good to see its wound Cov up
  2. I get the same - I've had some others ones too which I can't post on here....very disturbing!
  3. I'll have a word with our facilities manager
  4. I think we are all guilty of hindsight, no club will get every transfer right and we can pick out many good signings as bad - everyone agrees post winning the league and champions league money was wasted - Rudkin and the whole management team were thrown into managing a bigger beast overnight with money flying in - pressure from all ends to recruit and spend money and continue the success, whether it be fans, media etc. PSR has come in after this to protect the big 6 and stifle clubs like ours - and we still maanged to win the FA cup. I think Tete is a really good recent example - as fans we thought he was the next Mahrez, the excitement and euphoria on this forum was boiling over - and he turned out to be absolute w*ank - so us as fans get it wrong about a player too. Look how many awful signings Man Utd have made? Spent £600m under Ten Haag on absolute dross. Everton - dross. Chelsea - complete scattergun sh*t show. Bournemouth, Brighton, Arsenal to an extent have done well. Newcastle haven't been able to kick on.
  5. How much space?
  6. Agreed - It's a real shame fans wrote him off after a couple of run outs pre season, we should judge players after a season. Anyone can play below par for a game or two - its called form. But we're Leicester City, we have the patience of a dog round it's breakfast bowl.
  7. Are you having mock interviews with anyone? @Greg2607 might be able to help from the other side of the fence in his area of expertise.
  8. No it wouldn’t implicate because anyone worth their salt would replace them before it did (I know that’s the theme of the last 160 odd pages and I’m in agreement) secondly operating a factory is a bit different, an Ops director isn’t responsible or sanctioning big spend without it being signed off by someone else.
  9. I wholeheartedly agree with you but it was only last week Rudkin was to blame for the financial mess. You can’t ride two horses with one behind.
  10. PMQ was amusing earlier - well unless you’re a pensioner
  11. Next stop for her - only fans
  12. I disagree - I just hope they have learnt from their mistakes. Pretty clear there was a period of offering silly contracts - to certain players including length, then the lack of ability to shift said players. We are in a position where our saleable assets are depleted - Barnes, Maddison, Chilwell, Fofana, KDH long gone and I’m not sure where the next £30m+ player comes from (Fatawu probably). I think our signings last season were good on the whole and we won the league, this summer despite the unrest I think hasn’t been too bad at all - time will tell (given the financial constraints and lack of attractiveness compared to other clubs). We must learn… to go back to success off the field we need to buy young, develop and flog - whether that’s buying abroad or through our own youth ranks. I hope Top and the board realise they have got away with the PSR ruling, hands have been trapped in the till and the same mistakes aren’t made. If we stay up we need to adopt the model above and not look at 28-32 year olds on big long contracts. One or two each window is ok ie Ayew but it shouldn’t be the basis of our recruitment policy.
  13. I can bet my last penny if SJ was a chairman / owner of a premier league club who were in the same position as us, he would of opened up his chq book to the best lawyer in town to fix it. Facts
  14. Just seen this -unbelievable tbh, the timing aswell
  15. There is a 30 page statement from the guy who's flat where the fridge fire started, his life has been in complete turmoil ever since - feel very sorry for the bloke.
  16. Agreed, but living in the present, we were facing points deductions last week and now we aren't. This is a positive for the club and a pathway for us to stay up this season and build from there.
  17. Some of his points are valid - some not so much, but you can apply that to any journo or ''football correspondant''. He tries to word salad everything to make himself sound more intelligent, and that will probably wind up the more simple of listeners. He was pretty successful and bought a football club at 33 - and once loaded which again will get peoples back up. Overall he isn't the worst on the radio or our screens.
  18. Apart from us where we no longer have a points deduction looming.
  19. Some of the Grenfell transcripts are truly tragic
  20. Happens at Silverstone and it's sold out every year. It's inevitable and annoying, only real way to avoid it is keep hold of your season ticket.
  21. Seems like the tactic worked
  22. With that kind of slander he’ll Nick De Marco you
  23. Hire Nick De Marco
