They could do a sale and leaseback but you’d typically do that in a business where the commercial property is revenue generating and the investor can easily flip that property later down the line. There is no way anyone would buy the thing and lease it back given the specific nature and single use aspect, and also given how precarious the financial situation is. You could probably borrow against it but with risk factor it would be close to double digit interest, could get cheaper money elsewhere.

Why would you need to resort to abuse though? It would actually make better viewing if he had asked some really difficult questions and then Top & Co were squirming and quickly aborted - it would show what kind of owner he is, a complete coward and couldn’t even face up to a fan asking some difficult questions. We were never going to get any sensible or coherent responses from Top, he isn’t going to pull out a 5 year plan (capability aside) and start going through it with a few random lcfc fans. Everyone gets criticism now and again, don’t take it to heart especially from people you don’t know from Adam. He needed something to get his arse twitching and heart rate up - it would be great to see what kind of operator he was in that situation as every output we’ve suffered so far from him is some clinical, set up, sanitised bullsh*t.

I don't normally snipe at people on instagram but I couldn't resist today - there appears to be some kind of overwhelming support for Top following that video, they aren't bots either with their comments. I've just had a classic ''be careful what you wish for'' and ''we are back to our roots now'' I'm not sure I've got the energy to reply but these cretins walk among us.

I think it is a childhood issue with some people. Maybe they didn't grow up with a significant figure in their lives, a father figure or something similar, and now choose to follow Top despite what he's done to the club....almost unwavering support that a mother might have of her son who's just committed a heinous crime. That kind of stuff. I can't understand it's any other reason.

Even a basic level of intelligence can understand how we got here? We'd still be in with a chance of playing at the top level had Top and his ''management team'' not mismanaged the whole club over the past 4 years ++ so the 6 point thing is just a distraction from the real issues here.

I was at home, I've not been to a game this season after having a season ticket for the 17 seasons prior - just not interested in supporting anything until these charlatans are gone. I'm not coming for you personally - I'm just saying the questions you asked were, respectfully, awful and not very well communicated - and given you are on the foxes trust board my concern is, is this a reflection of how the trust operates? Who on the board has experience in this kind of thing? Challenging the status quo, asking tough questions without acting star struck would be a start - we have had a lack of leadership for so many years - a terrible comms guy in Anthony, and you had the opportunity to get the boot in on him and didn't. No one was going to get arrested for asking difficult questions?? I'm sure you're a nice chap, but sometimes things are flashed around on social media and you don't get the reaction you wanted. Hopefully the meeting goes well but unfortunately from this clip I’m concerned the FT lacks anyone that has any credentials when the chips are down - to ask difficult questions in a way that firstly puts anyone in power on the spot! You had the opportunity that many didn’t to really ask some decent questions - but instead you seemed a bit star struck and watered down anything meaningful - just managing to tell everyone that you are on the board of the foxestrust. There was an opportunity to put the boot in on Anthony and you didn’t either.
