He and all our strikers barely ever get in positions to score, they're all ****ing wank. Thought he was ok today at least in movement and he's the only striker we have who can press. Still absolutely dross though.

Still don't rate him, and I hope a win against a shite team doesn't paper over a crack for longer. I won't be a flip flop and change my mind after one win. He needs to bin Ayew off, he's shite. Worrying how he can't get a team together which he's happy with for a few games in a row. I want him to succeed but I can't see it still right now

Just done my 30k PB of 2:28, four mins of a stop at HM point included. Moving pace 4:49. Absolutely knackered though. Mentally I struggle to get my body going much past HM point, the legginess comes into play massively. I do think I don't give myself loads of time to recover though, only a week ago i did 50km and ran 280+km in October. Did get my third best HM time today too which is decent considering that wasn't the aim. My Strava prediction of Marathon time is 3:12 😂 I agree with the other predictions it has done but that one is ambitious! But on we go, that's the aim anyway 👍 Need to do a parkrun soon and have a crack at my 5k PB time -
The board are to blame for the club and the dross we have. But **** me this manager is dog shit. Such dull football. Weird subs. Doesn't know his best team or formation. Get him gone

Absolutely embarrassing this club is. Get the manager gone. He's shit. Need such a clear out though, so much dross on the books. Top completely to blame -
Just because the club is rotten and the owner and DoF are a massive problem, doesn't mean the manager takes zero blame. Ultimately the last three appointments have been shocking. Marti should be doing more than he is with the squad at this level, this can't be argued. He's been here three months now and still doesn't know his best team. Shite

Id like to be close to sub 3 eventually. I'm gonna do the Boston Lincs marathon in April I think that will be my first event. What I don't like though is I can't get my pace right. I know what I need to run for HM or Ten k or whatever, but a marathon is hard because it's a massive toll on the legs after 25k so it's hard to know what you'll have in the tank. Don't wanna go too quick and blow out 🤣 -

That's my aim for my next HM event probably that Great Eastern again really. Would love to be sub 80 but the work and effort of intervals for that will be a killer -

Don't ask me why... But I decided to do a 50km run today. And now I'm in absolute bits 🤣 Pissed it down at one point too. Marathon time was dead on 4 hours but thats elapsed time, lost in total 7 mins for three trains at a crossing and another 10-12 drinking and refilling. Think I would break 3:30 in a proper event with drinks available and the buzz of competition and crowd. Average moving pace of 5:25. Overall moving time was 4.5 hours. I'm pleased because not one split was over 5:30 pace until over 42k and even then they never touched 6 mins. Safe to say I won't be running for a couple of days bar a recovery run over the weekend -

What pace are you running at if you want to share it? But definitely distance is more important than speed, and longer running will make heart rate zone 2 more achievable at a quicker pace down the line -
Average at defending. Absolutely ****ing terrible at passing the ball. I think I'm actually better at that
-
Ridiculous form him to be starting. Id rather Faes was there. One of the worst individual performances I've ever seen. Should have been off at HT
-
We've won one game since August. The bloke doesn't know his best team. We have no style of play. He keeps playing dross like Thomas and Ayew and not bothering enough with the academy. Shite manager and I want him out

Millwall (A) 15:00 Sat 25th, Pre-Match
Heart-Shaped Fox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Oh I agree that the Millwall tough place is a bit of a myth. But the teams that win there usually show a lot more intent and attitude than we do. Our form there is dog shit. I've been I think six times and not seen us score let alone draw so I expect a loss 🤣 -

Heart-Shaped Fox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
I mean in a more hostile atmos than we're used to against a team who despite having spent a fraction of us in transfers and wages, will out battle and fight us. The work rate and attitude of our players stinks. Hull nearly went down last season, but they were more up for it last night than us. I dread to think what Millwall will do to us because I think they're actually a better side. Mostly will also depend on what team Marti puts out because the eleven last night was a disgraceful lineup -

Honestly could see another shite performance especially if we play a similar starting 11. Our player's don't have the minerals to go to a place like Millwall and pull a result out the bag -
He's point blanked lied about using the academy hasn't he? Where are Paige, Evans, Aluko? Id accept watching four or five academy lads and getting beat with stupid mistakes etc. Right now we're playing the same old shit and getting beat on attitude mostly and work rate. His team selection today was a disgrace frankly. Should be sacked for Daka, Ayew, Soumare all playing. Is Kristiansen worse than Thomas? I know he's no world beater but Thomas...**** me he's so bang average

They'll do us. We have no attitude at all except bad. Millwall will be in our faces, working harder than us. Team of wasters we are. Honestly could see a 3-0 loss. Why the hell am I going -

Too much deadwood. But manager shite too. Playing Soumare, Ayew and Daka is a sackable offence. We look dire. -

Where is it mate? Tbf it sounds a better day out than going down to Millwall to see us get beat like I am 🤣 But good luck with it, let us know how you get on -

Done a 20 miler today, moving pace 5:04. Really want to enter a marathon at some point and push to get around 3:20-3:30 I think I could do if I'm fully fit. Just have to find one for the spring time. Unbelievable how popular these events are, even HMs distance too. Might do the Boston one (Lincs, not USA 🤣) in April. Apparently an MK marathon in May so that's an option too
