I've never seen such a big decline in a player. It's not just his legs and pace that have gone, it's the speed of thought he's lacking seemingly now. His decision making is terrible. Gives so many needless fouls away and is just reading the game so badly. He's had injuries but shouldn't be this bad at this level surely. Definitely should be dropped for Aluko. Not getting in a full back for either side is looking a mind boggling decision now, we're so bad on both sides. Have to add I also think he's one of the worst captains we have ever had. Gsr too nice and typical of this crop of players we have.

Had dropped the mileage recently due to a hamstring strain. Did my first long run in a couple of weeks of 20 miles and seems to have held out well. So hoping it stays that way. Managed to PB my 30km too which I definitely did not intend to do, so pretty pleased overall.
