I didn’t say the goal was his fault did I? I said he got done, which he did. And for clarification, I like Nelson and he should have been starting all season. Still inexperienced and will learn through playing. I prefer him to any other centre back we have. However I will criticise when needed, just like I praise when needed, just like any player we have. The same people on this forum are so protective of players they like. Every player can be criticised, it doesn’t mean I don’t like them (although tbh I don’t like many of our players).

Probably because Ayew held the ball up and laid off to James who scored the goal. In all honesty, they were all awful. For me, nobody in the team is worth more than 4/10. Only James I rated higher (5) because he scored but overall we were awful, our players littered with mistakes, and easily beaten by a team who picked up their second (!) away win of the season. A truly awful day.

Agreed. Also when he puts the ball in I think they have about 3 players on our 1. Still, the goalkeeper is nowhere near the ball when it does come in.

Not much any defender can do when the goalkeeper is missing the ball from crosses and passing straight to opposition (Ipswich) players. His mistakes are his fault.

Doesn't seem to lose a lot of challenges though. I thought QPR was his worse game for us, before that he's been fine. Doesn't help he had a bad injury and has played less than 10 competitive games. No pace is irrelevant. Some of the greatest defenders of all time lacked pace, but made up for it in terms of reading the game. He will be a solid defender with time.

I think this is the most annoying part. They have suffered so much. Fans weren't attending so allocations were bigger as well. Now it's all less allocation and expensive price. Jokers.

Frank is nowhere near a top 6 manager. Keeping Brentford up every season looks his level.

Dunno man. Arteta has done a good job at turning Arsenal around. Now genuine title contenders again and done a great job shipping out the players with attitude problems. Also has trophies to show for it. I admire the job Emerey has done, I like him, but still not won anything at Villa (yet).

Does it really matter, the allocation is not the biggest issue the price is.
