Savage is underrated. You don't play 400+ top flight games, consistently every season, if you're a bad player. Look back at his goals for us, left foot, right foot, and a good delivery of a ball on him. He became the butt of jokes a bit like Heskey, shame to see on both counts.

The second Man City goal was lovely (the one that stood).

Vestergaard I genuinely dislike. There's a fine line between dislike and not being good enough. The likes of Sylla, Hammond and Low are among the worse players I've seen but I didn't dislike them, they just weren't good enough.

Tbf don't get the "you've won nothing" as that's not what supporting your team is about. They've been through horrific times recently. It would be mental seeing them back in the PL. I think this is the biggest game of both our seasons, no point in playing it down. I just hope our management and players are aware.

Under Cifuentes most of the players look knackered once we're about an hour into games.

Interestingly, Leeds stand out. And I only know this because I saw a Reddit post about it! Now I've decided to check that. Between 20/21 and 25/26 (this season) they have had 9/13 away games. Although 2 of these away games were third round defeats. Going back 2 previous seasons (18/19 and 19/20) they also lost in the third round but these were both away games too. There might be other teams too of course. I might be wrong but off the top of my head Brighton seem to be away a fair amount (won at Old Trafford this week and in the 4th round are away at Anfield). We seem to have a lot of aways as pointed out though. Be interesting if someone could graph the past 5 years. Man Utd always seem to be at home, on the other hand.
