Tbf I don't think anyone thinks Forest are superb footballing side but they are good at what they've done and nobody can knock them being top 10, let alone top 4. Everybody predicted they would be in a relegation battle prior to the season starting. And when people say "hahah they won't do it again" do you really think they care? They've been shit for 30 years. Fvck me, I remember losing to Cardiff in the play off semi's and thinking we'd never be in that position again. When you've experienced shit for so long it's nice to just have an enjoyable season. I hate when people talk teams down because I got fed up of people talking us down. I've already had a quick look on the Man City forum and one of their posters has said this season is worse in quality "since Leicester's title win". Boring. Winning the league is easy when you have a bottomless pit. I wish there were more "unfashionable" teams that could mix the boring Premier League up.

I'm not remembering that era differently, which is why I mentioned just the three seasons. We were hit and miss but prior to Christmas 19/20 we played the best football I've ever seen us play. We used to hammer teams, I'm sure we put 5 past Newcastle two seasons running, going into home games so confident. But what I meant is that style of play was different from 15/16 and was successful for a longer period. 15/16 was just one season. The title win obviously did make us more attractable but we were attractive to players anyway. We took Maddison from the Championship, if we hadn't had won the league we would have still been attractable to him, for example.

Don't want to put a downer on anything but we had one good season like that. It's not like we were playing like that and being successful years before 2016, title win was out of nowhere and for one season we were superb. If we talk about a sustained successful period for the club then it should be the Rodgers era because his first three seasons we're 5th, 5th, 8th and a with a major trophy won too. It wasn't just a one off like 15/16 was.

We've sold out. I've just logged in to check. I'm not going though. I've done the least amount of away games this season than ever before. It's pointless to me now. People will say "through thick and thin" but it's beyond that. The club don't deserve the money and empty seats are probably the only way to get through to the ownership.

I like Slot, seems to always speak well. I know he lost it a bit after the Merseyside Derby but throughout the season he's been calm and so different to what we've seen with Klopp there for years. But that's what you want from your goalkeeper as well, keep you in the game, that's why the best keepers are worth so much!

Both managers this season have not been good enough. Of course the players aren't good enough either but both managers are not going to suddenly become better managers just because they have better players. Deary me.

He is a terrible manager and has overseen a football league record of 6 consecutive home games without a goal. Of course this manager needs to be changed. I'm all for giving a manager time if they actually show anything but he has shown nothing aside from two wins (one of which was against a West Ham team who somehow missed their chances and one was against Spurs' B team). The art of coaching players seems to have gone? People just want new players straight away. This same group of players weren't in the relegation zone under the previous manager.

Disappointing how Rodgers ended his time because he gave us a couple great seasons. European football through league qualification and winning the FA Cup as well, I don't think we'll ever do it again.

I can’t stand those posts. Just because those don’t like Rodgers they try and play our own trophy win down. We got relegated a couple years later but we won the FA Cup and I know which one I’ll remember all my life. I really hope we get to the FA Cup final again in my lifetime. People don’t realise how hard it is to reach the final let alone win it.
