Imagine having a situation where everyone knows the Manager will not be here next season, still having to run the team, do the tactics etc. He won't be arsed, the players wont be arsed. Why not just not turn up to the games and forfeit, just seems such a pointless exercise. Can we not make him take the U21's and just leave Rouwelaar, King and Murphy take the team.

Absolutely this, he has very little experience as a manager - we need someone who can again find that hidden gem, develop youth and also handle some ego's (as no matter what I believe some of these will stay as we wont be able to offload all of them) I just don't know why Dyche has not been mentioned or talked about in the media, Surely we MUST approach him and give him the option

Faes is just not very good. He shows emotion and celebrates a tackle etc. Skipp is emotionless and isn't very good. There's nothing going on there and for £25m I'd like to see something!
