  1. It really isn't. It's one event and nobody is forced to watch it.
  2. Only gonna believe it when I see them both in that ring and the first bell goes It's not really a great deal different to AJ having a tune up fight where he's expected to win. He's probably just getting paid way more than he's been paid for any other fight
  3. Well played Littler
  4. Yep i picked up on that. He always mentioned that fans are only upset after a defeat. Didn't give the impression that he understands there is a problem and more he just sees this situation as one of those things happen and you just need to keep trying.
  5. Yeah. I feel like this could have just been a statement, they could have used that to give an outline plans with the promise that there will be more details updates on these plans in the coming months. Doing an interview to essentially say "yeah, we're going to actually try and keep the fans informed" Whilst giving no information is completely underwhelming and to be fair, exactly what I'd expect from Top and club.
  6. He thrives in Bangladesh, the right thing for us to do is part ways and let him move to Rahmatganj MFS on a freebie. We're holding him back.
  7. To use a work phrase. That could have been an email.
  8. Alright, well I got bored after 5 minutes, judging by the reactions I haven't missed much
  9. Yeah, at the end of the day it's going to be the same leadership, based on all previous experience, I think it will still come down to pure dumb luck if they land a good candidate.
  10. Yep, I don't think it's a coincidence that this news has been released the same as the interview is coming out. It'd suggest it's been in the works for at least a few weeks if not months.
  11. Wenig was superb! Rock was absolutely awful, Scutt will be sick that he didn't take advantage of that woeful performance from Rock. Noppert is the man and Littler was just phenomenal again.
  12. It won' happen as Hearn will demand it's a proper fight and not an exhibition. If in some miracle world it did happen, there's not a chance I want to see it over in a round. I'd want Joshua to absolutely toy with the weapon for 7 or 8 rounds and then flatten him. It'll never happen, they're just using Joshua to keep their name relevant and then it'll be either an ex UFC fighter or some washed up fighter that had a world championship shot 25 years ago.
  13. How come it's 49? I assume 50+ years makes it more awkward?
  14. I like him, he's solid enough already with plenty of scope to improve. Rough edges like you say, but it's his first full season in senior football. If we want to bring through younger players, then these are exactly the kind of things you need to accept.
  15. I had a lot of conflicting emotions on that day, I ended up deciding to enjoy the win and then resume my dislike for him the following week Different things are important to different people, so these kinds of things are always massively subjective. All that's certain is that if someone tries to portray Rodgers in any kind of positive light, I'll be there to try and put it out
  16. Can you point me in the direction of these please, because the majority of games I watch are dull as shit robotic teams looking to control the ball and if they lose it, everyone runs back to get behind the ball and watch the other team pass the ball around on the half way line
  17. Winning it finally was great. But it's 5 one off games, a few of which could easily have against us. Winning cups is nice, but personally I don't think they're a good judge of performance levels or size of club. I don't think that only Brendan Rodgers could have achieved a cup win with the circumstances he walked into. With that in mind, I definitely do believe that there were other managers that could have won a cup, finished top 4 and not left us in absolute pieces financially, with a weaker club staff and ageing overpaid playing staff.
  18. 3 out of 4. Dno where Evans pulled that from at at the end Really enjoyable night of arras that was
  19. Had Puel had Tieleman's from the start of the season I think he'd have been our manager for a lot longer and we'd have put together one of the best young teams in Europe. Assuming him and Macia stayed in position.
  20. Van Veen was a big scalp last night. If he keeps up peppering the T20s and finishing 50% of his doubles he's got every chance Slightly off topic, this kid is my outside bet for the worlds next year Currently 11/1 to win the WDF world champs and I think that's very overpriced haha. Not that this guy falls into that category, but the talent that's going to come through the UK over the next 5-10 years will be insane thanks to kids picking up darts because of Littler.
  21. Snog winks, cute boy next door look Marry Vesty for the romantic dog walks Avoid Fatawu, the man's too energetic for me, it'd grow old quickly. Did I do it right?
  22. This is a good point. It's hard to fathon given the quality in their squad that he's so far ahead of the others.
