Winning it finally was great. But it's 5 one off games, a few of which could easily have against us. Winning cups is nice, but personally I don't think they're a good judge of performance levels or size of club. I don't think that only Brendan Rodgers could have achieved a cup win with the circumstances he walked into. With that in mind, I definitely do believe that there were other managers that could have won a cup, finished top 4 and not left us in absolute pieces financially, with a weaker club staff and ageing overpaid playing staff.
